Body Flow Series #18 : Short Pole Choreography
Here's a short choreography I made up while training just because I couldn't get the song off my head. The roll at 0:44 is so funny and and awkward but I'm uploading it anyway. Floor rolls are definitely something I have to work on. I didn't do any much climbing because I'm already cooling down from the day's training.
I specially like the first part of the song. I don't know if it's just me, but listening to the song makes me feel like a very rich person in my bathrobe sipping wine, while heading over to my jacuzzi. LOL
