This was gauntlet, a trial by fire if you will but that fire burns in my quads as I try to keep up with my daughters while crouch walking / crawling through the many obstacles in my path.
I jokingly called it the Daddy Crucible, a nod to the Marine Corps crucible we endured in recruit training... well without the sleep deprivation and limited rations.

There are tubes of all kinds. Mesh. Hard plastic. Thankfully, I thought ahead and brought a set of kneepads as crawling through these things really does a number on the ol kneecaps.
This place also has a ninja course. That was fun.
Another obstacle...
I was a bit surprised all this activity didn't result in more steps being tracked by the Acitifit app but I think the calorie count and max heart rate gives some idea of how strenous this session was. On top of that, I started tracking maybe 15 minutes in so it missed a bit of the fun.
We all had a great time and I got in a workout to boot. 10/10 will do again.
