Greetings to all @worldmappin travellers ! I guess we all experience the climate change and that made us decide our on the spot travel since our city is suffering a 45 to 46 degrees celcius heat in the city while in Luzon suffering typhoon and flooding here in Mindanao were extremely sweating because of the too much heat temperature.

We decide to do an unplanned travel to Kalingking Malitbog Bukinon as it is one of the cold place to visit here in Mindanao its like a semi Baguio temperature because of its sorrounded with pine trees that makes the place cold.

A friend of mine who was a owner of a mobile coffee shop pick me up at home and asked me to come with them to Kalingking Malitbog Bukidnon. I know Malitbog Bukidnon because I been there when I was a kid and its my second time to come back to that place at that time it was rainy and foggy so I never had the chance to roam around Malitbog.

Because of the very hot weather condition and its not rainy we can be able to enjoy roaming around the mountain views of Kalinking Bukidnon. It is a 3 hours drive from the City we started travelling around 3 am in the morning theres no traffic so the travel took for 2 hours and when we arrive we walk for 20 minutes to reach the mountain. It was perfectly cold and we had the chance to witness the sunrise and took a picture from dark to there is already sunlight.

It was really an amazing place I remember that behind the Malitbog Mountain is the kilawaan river that I used to visit before so I could imagine that behind that mountain that I see is that majestic river that Ive used to post here before.

Its an another a must visit place but there are already some vloggers and motorbike groups that are also coming to visit this place.Actually it’s a perfect place for an overnight camp but since it was a n unplanned visit we didn’t bring anything all that we had in our mind was an escaped from the city’s too much heat weather as Malitbog has a cold windy breeze and of course the overlooking hills was stunningly perfect.

How to Get to Pigsuguan Hills from Cagayan De Oro :

First you need to take a Bus at Agora Bus Station or for your convenience you can take a Van from Agora Bus terminal the van fare range from 100 to 200 pesos per person.

Then ask the driver to drop you at Baranggay Kalingking then you can hire a motorcycle going to Pigsuguan the fare range from 100 to 150 pesos its expensive since it’s a rough road.

That is only an options in case you do not have an own car.But what did we dois we took a motorcycle only since my friend’s car is a mirage type of car and its not suitable for unpaved or rough roads.
