The beauty of nature is a gift from God for which we should be grateful. That's a statement I remember vividly as I sat with my parents in my village.

Good evening, my friends. This time, I'm back in this beloved community to share some images. When I opened my gallery, I still had some previous images that I hadn't had a chance to share. At that time, I had an adventure in the forest alone, seeing extraordinary views while searching for some of its beauty. One of the things I found was mushrooms growing in a palm oil plantation. If you follow my blog, in a post a few days ago, I shared my situation of being trapped in the middle of the forest due to sudden rain. On this occasion, I want to share some images that I managed to capture at that time, some of which are still left in my gallery. So, keep following my blog this time to see some of the images I captured at that time. ![pm_1756831264878_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmQhTqdZmVnXN5B5cDuWxqMkbaRb9L6oQMResd6wWCzeAn/pm_1756831264878_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831266630_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmcZAjqE3TXuY8cEKDfsD5FjJsLpf5NtnRWosfeMNdC476/pm_1756831266630_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831265073_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmbHijk5h564zXMgqhVCrTNZvcmKGnqfK3SAT1PL59vB8A/pm_1756831265073_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831265339_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmSVUdxf1bpJf7DbNY878SnPc9LTQVpLReg8BaqvFmSxyZ/pm_1756831265339_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831265551_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmNsE3k2WTpHbGheYYErii4drnaJhf2KQgRy6HkJMHG91R/pm_1756831265551_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831265734_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmSqmRy3WU1BAsG73QuxXrDXdaweUK13iAHGxkMjWNXv6E/pm_1756831265734_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831264653_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmRaBBiPHBBLxn5CeQXh5tXDheyPgdV4UE2aPG2njeFRcx/pm_1756831264653_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831266872_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmU8gDhEVwMhwiBdXmR79hPAZuwwfkvrU99XcTwDMToTfk/pm_1756831266872_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831266199_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmWHmfCapCSwPiE8XbQEb9mCWwuArLtgfwFmr8SQ7zFZSy/pm_1756831266199_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831266424_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmbV3jQutZmM5FKcp3vs3LNNtUH2KGzguLh5AM3AdinwaZ/pm_1756831266424_cmp.jpg) ![pm_1756831265953_cmp.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmZXovRuoQoEHdzPPZjjamjqwgu7gidMayoR36jWnZNXFX/pm_1756831265953_cmp.jpg) A few days ago, I had the chance to travel to the forest alone to admire its extraordinary beauty. I believe that the pristine forest in my area is one of God's gifts that can still be enjoyed with its extraordinary beauty. And one of the perfect places in my area is *Gunong Goh*, a very famous place whose peak can be seen from three different districts. There, I managed to capture several photos, because the mountain has become a very iconic icon in my area. However, it's a bit of a shame that the weather in my area has been unpredictable for the past few days, so the pictures I took with my cell phone camera were a bit lacking due to the unfavorable weather. Sometimes they look very beautiful, but often they are very blurry. My friends!!! This is a picture I took while on my plantation at the foot of the mountain, and I think it's the perfect place to unwind from my busy schedule these past few days. Because this simple place offers the extraordinary beauty of the forest, encompassing plantations owned by local residents. ![IMG-20250904-WA0054.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmQHwgVquJfHob5z4kmPg5Q4i9wYwhdUoQoZt2pou6dDoz/IMG-20250904-WA0054.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0055.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmQm4Y2FXxHi7euc9ZiPwMvW2e68tn8nzGUES584fpmWQc/IMG-20250904-WA0055.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0056.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmQ9Hr7LofgfFwg6yHQjhqfUWJgdvwcwCrnFYugpGpfLmu/IMG-20250904-WA0056.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0059.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmXpeL4quwNsr82pD6XMSbVKZYXqKgsppMzFN3KaTopnyT/IMG-20250904-WA0059.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0060.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmYJKUMisQehiV5PHn5AqM1Z4aLH6gny2Pwwv3eQ836w46/IMG-20250904-WA0060.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0058.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmU6ZHFdkxy841iUFGC6p79hvmzSo1DPqq9J3Resz1nzqT/IMG-20250904-WA0058.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0057.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmVayZVxx6hLUunvhVeZn4dKUhoPehD4kbsAj6pQX4DM7U/IMG-20250904-WA0057.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0053.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmXdBjjTG7HCSS7Hnc5onbWA5iRNja98J9osLYaktFVnFH/IMG-20250904-WA0053.jpg) My friend!!! Then I continued my adventure into a palm oil plantation not far from my banana plantation, and there I managed to find mushrooms. I think the unpredictable weather in my area right now, with the rain making mushrooms a little easier to find than usual. And this is proof of that blessing, I managed to find several mushrooms in the palm oil plantation. A brief explanation Fungi, whose bodies are composed of threads called hyphae, reproduce, some vegetatively and some generatively. Fungi absorb organic matter from the environment through hyphae. Therefore, it can be said that fungi are consumers, therefore they depend on substrates that provide carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and other chemical compounds. It's not surprising to find mushrooms mostly growing on decaying wood or soil because they desperately need them. However, in addition to absorbing food from other organisms, they also produce certain substances that are beneficial to their symbionts. This way of life for fungi is a mutualistic symbiosis. However, unlike the first mushroom, this time the mushrooms I found were growing in groups and were smaller. I suspect this mushroom population is quite large because I've found them several times, especially during the rainy season. First, I apologize for my dirty hands. It was a light rain that had started to wet the ground, making my hands dirty. ![IMG-20250904-WA0036.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmbMG1NAfd7BU3iHWR2CpKDYp7vNxuKrPKcRLaKTg7kEed/IMG-20250904-WA0036.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0037.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmbzqXhxhUK8bQvnmNW7PhtWbvrMEK56irutjgXv3ZwHqR/IMG-20250904-WA0037.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0040.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmYhu3df8aMowkutN9dwNiPEPstHpXaySb6pbwnfYdxa3w/IMG-20250904-WA0040.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0041.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmbHaXxFsaU1KDFRy3rDXU5SDsZcXP7iM1ghR5tgEjFs9v/IMG-20250904-WA0041.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0042.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmW8j1rgCs1qdBPpmHnFz2MtpWbUs5yzQddmtFuPyA5HUB/IMG-20250904-WA0042.jpg) It was drizzling for a very long time, and without realizing it, I was already shaking, and my hands were turning pale from the persistent drizzle. I also took a few pictures on a rock, where I once again saw the breathtakingly beautiful forest scenery. And this is the scene at that moment, with thick clouds as far as the eye could see, and the drizzle never stopped. ![IMG-20250904-WA0043.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmd8u9DW1LRHuthVCujYwQXXako2cr9sAWPS8SMWvtPX9K/IMG-20250904-WA0043.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0051.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmenQeENcrjig1NCmz5Dax78k6keaAsjcJ2FNu3rnaczQd/IMG-20250904-WA0051.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0052.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmRLoJu3Cippwdg5fjfC6ap363pnhNQpoDYQ2rn3qmQ4xc/IMG-20250904-WA0052.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0039.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmesWhMr35JCXYWEAYtnYyYDiDfbcheuM6PxJVFxMctsqu/IMG-20250904-WA0039.jpg) ![IMG-20250904-WA0038.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmW8x83pvjGvCVCCJ2RiQtsDa8suiVBeLiHfKy5crzy4Hx/IMG-20250904-WA0038.jpg) One thing that caught my attention while taking this photo was the two large trees. They looked so large, like palm trees, but they towered so tall and majestically among the residents' plantations. My friends... The forest in my area is pristine and pristine, with its calm and peaceful atmosphere and cool weather, making it so special. And if we don't protect it, it's certain that in the future, this beautiful view and pristine forest will disappear before our eyes. This will also impact the living creatures that live there, one of the most prominent being the orangutan, whose population in my area is at a critical juncture. Okay, friends, those are some of the images and short writing I've written on this blog. I hope you all enjoy and are entertained by the extraordinary beauty I've shared in this post. Thank you to all of you who have taken the time to read my blog. Your support, comments, and input are invaluable to me, allowing me to create a better blog in the future. That's all for now. Greetings, everyone. See you in the next post. ---- ---- Camera used | Handphone | - | - Lens | 64 mp F-stop | Iso speed | ISO Focal length | MM Photography | amazing nature Photographer | @antonydossantos ---- About the author ---- Maulizar Mawardi or better known as @antonydossantos.
