Takengon is known for its extraordinary natural beauty, so I decided not to miss this opportunity to see the pristine natural scenery along the way.
So, I decided to take some photos along the way. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with the cool weather, a characteristic of the city.
Regarding the city, it's a bit quieter than other major cities in Aceh.
However, it's a dream destination for the general public in my province. It's even a very popular tourist destination, attracting a large number of visitors around the holidays.
Along the way, we also passed one of the city's famous mosques.
The mosque is located next to a highway bridge, and from there, we can enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.
We decided to look for a food stall first because the journey was a bit tiring, and my friends and I were getting hungry.
After that, we decided to stop at the mosque to rest a bit and take in the atmosphere.
Feeling a little more energized,
we then continued our journey to see the pristine natural beauty of the mosque.
I was truly amazed by the beauty of the mosque. The atmosphere was so cool and the natural beauty was a treat for the eyes while relaxing.

If you ever visit Takengon to experience its natural beauty, I recommend taking a break and enjoying the atmosphere of this mosque. For me, this place is beyond words.
Long story short, we finally arrived at our destination.

A little information about the place: it's about 5 to 7 kilometers from the center of Takengon City, and it took me about 20 to 30 minutes to get there. Upon arrival, we were charged an entrance fee of IDR 10,000 per person, which is less than a US dollar.
*Bur Telege* is a tourist attraction in Takengon, Aceh.
It offers beautiful views of Takengon city and the freshwater lake from a height.
Therefore, I believe Bur Telege is a perfect destination to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the cool air and stunning views. Furthermore, Bur Telege is one of the favorite tourist spots in Takengon.

From the top, we can see the beauty of Takengon city, as well as the majestic Lut Tawar Lake, a famous icon there.
