Good evening, my friends, I welcome you all back to this beloved community. I hope you are all healthy and happy so you can go about your daily activities as usual. My friends!! Yesterday, due to my free time, I decided to go on an adventure in the forest and explore its biodiversity. I still remember that moment, when I decided to explore nature alone, my main goal being to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere while looking for images of the diversity there. However, unexpectedly, the weather suddenly changed. Dark clouds began to gather and it began to rain. I tried to find shelter, but there was no suitable place to take cover, considering this was a pristine forest with surrounding plantations. I was forced to take shelter under a tree on a hill as the rain intensified. Honestly, I felt a little scared and worried because of the strong winds and the relentless rain, but for me, this was an extraordinary adventure to see the beauty of unspoiled nature. And finally, my adventure ended because of the rain. Although my adventure was cut short by the rain, I have no regrets because the experience taught me to always be prepared and alert to changes in the weather. And most importantly, the natural beauty and diversity I saw at that time are still clearly remembered in my mind. Okay, friends, keep following this post because below are some of my pictures and adventures that I will share on this blog with short writings as well. ![IMG-20250809-WA0060.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmUuzPjM3U1MtQNzpQ7vi8DLfyoEfprgcq6PpfvERiAB4y/IMG-20250809-WA0060.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0059.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmWbuzupfmMF8t4k4nEBdCiYdEy5Q9D5SJyVgQYV1RSniN/IMG-20250809-WA0059.jpg) As I mentioned earlier, I had nothing to do that day, so I decided to explore the pristine nature and see its biodiversity to share with this beloved community. And this is a picture I captured while walking through the forest. ![IMG-20250809-WA0057.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmUGtZ4mdV8KBYoH73HzAvWwQQpfS1Uw9WCRB9UEdNj7sH/IMG-20250809-WA0057.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0055.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmNtq7kxSf7TNUgdycMtwR2JrWVHiXwnNBZYTGztdnKqeP/IMG-20250809-WA0055.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0056.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmXWoRG1e3XdwjPVHuan2PrUU2zG4QA41vPiRbTbQy5Hna/IMG-20250809-WA0056.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0054.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmVgzRKonyjV4yKNoGpgsuHRWqMPB1SQE8CGq8kTNHJf5P/IMG-20250809-WA0054.jpg) I began exploring the forest, which was still pristine and surrounded by natural beauty. My friends!! I embarked on this adventure alone, remembering that it had been a long time since I'd blogged in this beloved community, and especially considering the lack of activity that day, I decided to venture into the forest alone to find some images to share later. ![IMG-20250809-WA0011.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmcaGMjyXUAiqYGTcTyu2UUgJTypFtTEP3CoiESzLY6Ye4/IMG-20250809-WA0011.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0012.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmXDnzbL4obaFqabFWkKViaa7gpUqF3jJBeRchwEEkjHrp/IMG-20250809-WA0012.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0058.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmUD1uYKpnadKjARq7QUga56CzGywJFxkaseucQVheHz1C/IMG-20250809-WA0058.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0053.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmZ4BM6fhGm4qwkMpp2h45Em7ZjLJMN6MdDQSTeXcVcb87/IMG-20250809-WA0053.jpg) At that time, I found this wild flower several times while walking around the place, then I decided to take some pictures of it and the flower was about 5 cm in size with a purple color that made it look so bright and also had a shape that I personally thought was very unique. ![IMG-20250809-WA0052.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmcyE8qx2S1y3WTg68RjuD4VjyrqVm1oRPtidYy6c9fy2h/IMG-20250809-WA0052.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0050.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmRXKJJJ8ZAkUShSeZR8SkeN6zfKJc2y1RnbqLnP64Eo7C/IMG-20250809-WA0050.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0051.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmWzgXBHtP4oVmY3ZF6X3Gq1wntueqn5LSYGcjpzZPfyt7/IMG-20250809-WA0051.jpg) *Ternate Telang* is an endemic plant native to Ternate Island. My friend!! This is the local name for this plant in the Ternate language, "telang." This plant resembles the shape of human female genitalia and has very bright colors. I personally believe this plant is native to the Indonesian archipelago. For further information, my friend, you can see the link I shared which leads to Wikipedia for information about this plant. https://id.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telang_ternate ![IMG-20250809-WA0049.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmNsBBPj9QgoWthSAXXnpMaaWSaLzm7XBkPxt3AXpFKZze/IMG-20250809-WA0049.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0048.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmVgKpYf5oN39vqZet6UhBdccHZjXaQFs5NppAWUPxBrck/IMG-20250809-WA0048.jpg) I continued my adventure and at that time the weather was unpredictable in my area, but what was certain was that we were currently entering the dry season, where this morning the weather was so bright but now it suddenly turned so dark and when this picture was taken, it had started to rain with light drizzle. ![IMG-20250809-WA0047.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmW42xPa7KKqvckSC3s7idibm6v1zt9AadZs5WKUxGpfF6/IMG-20250809-WA0047.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0046.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmTz3tvode8waTUwrhzuTgU5RwKi4XshmtPxn333Rdnao4/IMG-20250809-WA0046.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0045.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmSdXTouxUgPCE1wMdDhfwdxGXxwTi2EtN2oVvthH8gGRE/IMG-20250809-WA0045.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0044.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmXBPWBTfALsQ1s6s5jetd1r54dwy2g1jzEggUfr4oqQN2/IMG-20250809-WA0044.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0043.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmdgcMk2LcTWs8fPpDY8amA3JHGupz23UGmkq5uhYkvDa6/IMG-20250809-WA0043.jpg) I also saw several types of insects, including several species of butterflies with beautiful colors. However, taking pictures of these insects was a bit difficult because the camera I was using was just a basic cell phone. Then I spotted a butterfly that was a little tamer than the others and landed next to me, so I decided to take some pictures. *Ypthima baldus*, better known as the "ringed lina butterfly," is a species of butterfly found in Asia. Males typically have brown uppersides, both forewings and hindwings, with a much darker terminal edge. If you're interested in more complete information about this butterfly, you can see or click the link I've shared below. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ypthima_baldus ![IMG-20250809-WA0042.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmNhLUTvvb8pttggqt5S7fiLuzc1yCnX7FAEoeA1hZ4JaA/IMG-20250809-WA0042.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0041.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmfXYGG2uw4pHFKpD8zEvF3ALuKDQLCWSLPCfvhSFfNXcK/IMG-20250809-WA0041.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0040.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmP4NfhXAM6spvTJwn4aQb7P3sMmUDZbCTEorevr7NFhL9/IMG-20250809-WA0040.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0039.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmZdu2YG3ddQXHNPQkTSfWzL5inQfPFDLWade5njEh96ei/IMG-20250809-WA0039.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0038.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmek4th5tUSHH4Q9rgFBcELAZNEpDKRWLH78kC7GAnACFa/IMG-20250809-WA0038.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0037.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmPjVxcLxRfvkZewKS7nY2Uze9aopHPRPP9iZeDfidxUPu/IMG-20250809-WA0037.jpg) ![IMG-20250809-WA0036.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmXptytrxJYeSXTqow5r7MxDuy1XAW6k7vCEbRQ1tMD3vQ/IMG-20250809-WA0036.jpg) My adventure then became even more exciting because I found several different mushrooms growing side by side. Honestly, I felt a little scared and anxious, especially considering I was alone in the forest, next to a local plantation whose owner had already left to go home. Finally, I reached the top of the plantation hill and took some pictures while waiting for the rain to subside. Thus, my adventure concluded, and with that, the images I'm sharing on this blog also end. I personally express my deepest gratitude to all of you who have taken the time to read my post. I hope you all enjoyed what I've shared. That's all for now. Greetings, everyone.
