The Nelligala International Buddhist Center can be called as a place reminiscent of Theravada Buddhism, which has existed in Thailand and Sri Lanka for 700 years. The architectural features here are old Sri Lankan Buddhist tradition mixed with Thai Buddhist tradition. Two stupas were built here which were originally worshiped by the Buddhists.

Existing Dining Room becomes New Kitchen: Our new dining room is then going to be shifted to another room that was originally built as a "family room." We have no use for two "living room" spaces that portion of our home is completely empty right now, as you can see. Making this space a dining room is more practical for us.

The touch of this café glows in the dark, even though there is minimal lighting, there are several spots that are highlighted and that is what makes the buzz of this café very lively. Of course, this is actually not an ordinary cafe, every day there is live music. You could say this live music café is like a club but the music is still very light, not like DJ music in general.
