Living in a Fantasy World

There are an increasing number of people, especially in Western countries, that are completely detached from reality.

• They think that the greatest threat to their civilisation is the gas which plants breathe in and animals breath out.

• But they are unconcerned by the fact that their civilisation hardly has any children anymore and faces, with the certainty of mathematics, extinction within a century.

• They ban cheap local energy sources while importing expensive energy from their enemies, thus killing their manufacturing competitiveness and exporting jobs to their adversaries.

• They encourage a medium size country to provoke its much larger neighbour into a brutal attritional war with promises of endless advanced weapons and support, but do not have or build the capability to supply said weapons in sufficient quantity, nor sufficient quantity of soldiers to provide meaningful support.

• During the mass formation psychosis aka "the pandemic" they supported their governments' massively self-destructive human rights violations like lock-downs, travel bans, jab mandates, social distancing etc, all because of a variation of the common cold that was never more dangerous than the annual flu.

• Today, having ignored these and other serious human rights violations in their own countries, they join mass protests to support Islamist terrorist groups that engaged in rape, murder, kidnapping against families and music festival goers while inventing fake allegations of human rights violations by the soldiers trying to stop the Islamists genocidal campaign.

• But they ignore the massive waves of foreign Islamist military age men invading their own countries, raping their young girls and women, attacking their elderly, taking over prominent cultural icons and public spaces and generally engaging in a campaign of Islamist supremacy that is well recognised from the history if Islam.

• They pressure their politicians to recognise imaginary countries that have never existed and will never exist because the people of the country whose ancient historic land would be taken to create such a terrorist state vehemently oppose it and are prepared to fight to the death to prevent it happening. These people happen to have one of the strongest militaries in the world that, over the past 2 years has just decisively defeated enemies with 15x their population.

• Those countries involved in recognition of imaginary countries themselves have tiny, weak militaries and very few young people willing to fight, so they are not willing to risk a single soldier to back up their performative declarations.

While their own countries are collapsing demographically, economically, socially, & militarily and hard won freedoms are fast disappearing, the country they love to hate lives in the real world, where its spectacular success, despite (of perhaps because of) almost endless war, continues to new heights.

Meanwhile in the Real World

1) Israel's $35Bn Gas Deal with Egypt

Just last week, Egypt, Israel's neighbour and former enemy, signed the largest deal in Israel's history - $35 BILLION - to buy natural gas from Israel's Leviathan gas field.

It is especially notable that Egypt is a Sunni Muslim country that many Gazans are actually from and even hold Egyptian citizenship. As a Sunni Muslim country it is threatened by the Sunni Muslim Brotherhood organisation of which Hamas is a member.

Egypt and many Sunni Muslim countries were very threatened by Shiite Iran's plans for regional domination which were smashed by Israel in the 12 Day War, only 6 weeks ago.

This is the first of many huge regional deals that will follow Israel establishing itself as the undisputed military and economic powerhouse of the Middle East.

2) US Palo Alto buys Israeli CyberArk for $25Bn

Again, just last week, the second largest high tech exit in Israeli history occurred when the US tech company Palo Alto purchased the Israeli Cybertech company CyberArk for $25 BILLION.

While large exits of Israeli former startups to US tech companies has been a common occurrence for the last decade or more, the scale of this deal is on another level. This deal alone is equivalent to almost 4.5% of Israel's GDP (~570 Billion).

3) Google acquires Israeli Wiz for $32 Bn

Only a few months ago, the largest high tech exit in Israeli history occurred, with Google conducting its largest acquistion EVER buying Israeli cybersecurity company Wiz.

It is interesting that both these HUGE deals (equivalent to 10% of Israel's GDP) both occurred during wartime and involved cyber-security companies at a time when Israel's extraordinary demolishments of Hizbollah and Iran's military capabilities had a major cyber components.

3a) Crypto Side Note

One of Israel's cyber attacks wiped out $600M of cryptocurrency on an Iranian exchange owned by the IRCG by compromising their keys and sending the whole $600M to the BTC & ETH equivalent of @null. Not your keys, not your crypto.

While Israel hasn't officially acknowledged its role, its obvious that it wasn't regular hackers because the crypto was burnt rather than stolen. You can thank Israel for the BTC record high that occurred shortly thereafter!

4) Israel Stock Market and Currency at Record Highs

Israel's stock market is at record highs in 2025 and the Shekel is the strongest performing currency in the world this year. Israel's extraordinary economic strength during a sometimes gruelling 7 front war, involving hundreds of thousands of reserve soldiers being called up, is something financial analysts struggle to understand, but the numbers don't lie.

5) Relationship with India

India is the largest country by population in the world. It is also the largest democracy.

India has the 3rd largest economy in the world on a PPP basis and the 4th largest on a nominal basis (having just overtaken Japan and closing fast on Germany).

India also has one of the strongest militaries in the world having just whipped Pakistan and wiped out Chinese supplied Air Defence systems in Operation Sindoor.

During the last 2 years of war, India has emerged as a significant defence supplier to Israel, a reciprocation of Israel being a major defence supplier to India for many years and a recognition of the common Islamist enemies both countries face.

Indeed Israeli weapons systems featured heavily in India's successful decapitation strikes on the Pakistan military. The use of precision weaponry to overcome the enemy air defence (AD) systems and inflict heavy damage on the command & control (C&C) of the enemy forces is something that Israel pioneered and perfected against Hizbollah & Iran and which India also achieved during Operation Sindoor. It is an extremely powerful capability because no military can fight with its leadership destroyed.

6) Relationship with USA

It goes without saying that under President Trump, Israel's relationship with the USA is closer than ever, with the Trump Administration making it clear that Israel is the USA's most important ally and the one Trump wants all other US allies to emulate. One that provides real defence capabilities that enhance US capability instead of spending too little on defence and being free-riders on US defence spending.

At the moment all other US Allies are actually dependent vassal states. Trump wants Real Allies like Israel.

7) Israel Ally Azerbaijan gets Historic Deal via Trump

Azerbaijan has been a strong ally of Israel for many years. It is a major purchaser of advanced Israeli weapons systems, particularly drones which allowed it to comprehensively defeat Armenia in the Nagorno-Karabakh Wars of 2020 and 2023 that saw Armenia lose substantial territory.

In return Azerbaijan has been a major supplier of oil to Israel (via Turkey, uninterrupted during this Oct 7 War, despite Erdogan's anti-Israel rhetoric) and has been an important base for Israel's actions in Iran. Azerbaijan, as a brotherly Turkic state with Turkey, acts as a significant restraint on Muslim Brotherhood Erdogan's anti-Israel behaviour.

Now President Trump has brokered a historic peace deal between Azerbaijan & Armenia which gives the former its long sought land corridor via Armenia to its Nakhchivan exclave and onwards via Turkey to Europe. This deal connects the growing - both economically and (very rare these days) demographically - Central Asian region to Europe while cutting out Iran & Russia.

This is a deal is of immense geopolitical significance. It was enabled by both by Israel's alliance with Azerbaijan and its strategic defeat of Iran, which made Iran too weak to effectively oppose the deal. It benefits Israel in multiple ways.

• Firstly it further weakens the Iranian regime: a) it diverts the lucrative trade between Azerbaijan and its enclave; b) it removes the leverage Iran had over Azerbaijan because of this trade.

• Secondly, it connects Israel itself to Azerbaijan and Central Asia markets without needing the longer and Russian dominated route via Georgia.

• Thirdly, it entrenches the USA in this key region locking in and preventing misbehaviour by Turkey, joining and reinforcing the well established Israeli presence in Azerbaijan.

• Finally, it is a yet another clear message to the world that being an ally of Israel brings great benefits. This is a regularly fulfilled Biblical Prophecy: Those that curse Israel will be cursed and those that bless Israel will be blessed. First stated over 3000 years ago by the pagan prophet Bilaam (Balaam) an archeologically verified historical figure) it is truer today than ever.

8) The Collapse and Disarmament of Hizbollah

It is very rare in warfare that a nation is able to completely eliminate an enemy, destroying them so utterly that they cease to exist as a military force. Yet this is what Israel has achieved against what was, until very recently, its most dangerous and well armed enemy - Hizbollah.

Israel conducted one the the most amazing military operations in all human history in its spectacular decapitation of Hizbollah, including disabling its entire officer corps in Operation Grim Beeper and the follow-on erasure of the entire high command including leader Nasrallah in the deep bunker strike (after the exploding pager and 2 way radio operations forced all the senior commanders to meet in person in the deepest bunker under UN HQ).

Hizbollah was severely weakened and without its assistance the Assad Regime in Syria (Israel's longest standing enemy) fell and Israel destroyed all its heavy weaponry. Another enemy erased.

But Hizbollah still retained some limited capability and was a force internally in Lebanon. It was trying to rebuild to threaten Israel in the future.

Now it is utterly finished and will be erased from history because the Lebanese government has finally got the capability and willingness to disarm Hizbollah. It formally decided to disarm Hizbollah a few days ago and with US help is implementing this decision, despite opposition. Hizbollah is so weak, even the weak Lebanese Army is able to assert its will over Hizbollah.

9) Iran is Collapsing

Six weeks ago Israel inflicted a catastrophic strategic defeat of the Iranian Islamist regime with the destruction of its nuclear and ballistic missile programs, decapitation of its military and massive damage to regime associated economic interests, including wiping out the IRGC banking system and crypto exchange and many other IRCG assets. The USA assisted at the end by destroying the Fordow nuclear facility that was buried in a mountain.

Over the last 30 years Iran's Mullahs spent trillions of dollars trying to murder Jews, both by funding terrorist proxies and building extremely expensive nuclear and ballistic missile programs. Each of the almost 1000 long range ballistic missiles that Iran fired at Israel cost tens of millions of dollars to build with the largest ones costing around $120 million each.

Instead of spending on building and maintaining basic infrastructure for the Iranian people, like power and water, the Iranian government diverted the vast majority of its resources into trying to murder Jews. The result is plain to see.

Iran's economy is quite visibly collapsing. This is not just economic statistics stuff. This is everyday disaster for the people of Iran.

Iran has literally become Hell with 50C heat and no power or water.

The massive water & electricity shortage is country wide now..

The dams are empty and the taps have been turned off in Tehran.

An Immense Geopolitical Re-Alignment is Underway with Israel at its Center

We are in a period like the end of WWI & WWII where massive strategic geopolitical re-alignments take place; where old great powers are overthrown and new great powers arise; where maps are redrawn; masses of people move and The Great Game is reset.

Israel has almost finished wiping the board clean of its enemies, enabling a new Middle East. Extending the Abraham Accords to Syria, Lebanon, Saudi & others is the subject of serious official and unofficial discussions.

New global trade routes like TRIPP & IMEC place Israel at the hub of the world's remaining demographically sustainable regions.

Note how Israel is at the hub of the only green regions of the world - those with above replacement fertility (bottom chart). It is the only wealthy country with high fertility.

India has established itself as a Superpower dominating its broad region with Operation Sindoor.

Russia has almost defeated Ukraine, but at immense cost and very slowly, while Europe has been revealed to be utter weaklings. The EU - USA Trade Deal is a huge win for Trump and an utter disaster for the EU. Confirmation of their 2nd class vassal status. Even the UK got a better deal. Russia remains a power to be reckoned with in its neighbourhood but is no longer a global Superpower.

Former Imperial Nations like the UK, France & Spain are having real trouble adjusting to their much diminished status and particularly Israel's rise to Great Power status in a neighbourhood they used to control.

Non-European US vassal states like Canada & Australia who foolishly drank the woke Cool-Aid and believed the "Global Rules Based Order" rubbish which the US has always used to disguise its extensive use of hard power, are having a hard time adjusting and, like Europe, unable to respond to Trump directly, are engaging in performative attacks on Israel as a substitute.

But they are already suffering Bilaam's Curse, with Australia suffering the biggest drop in living standards (real and disposable incomes) in Australian and OECD history.

This Global Realignment is not finished and much is to come. But the military victories of Israel, India and Russia which have enabled this are mostly complete.

Those living in fantasy world are due for a very rude wake-up call when the dust settles and they realise everything they believed was wrong.
