Estimado público, ¡bienvenidos sean a una nueva publicación! Después de la jornada, que parecía eterna, le dije a mi pana: "que si había un parque cercano", al final, nos encontramos con unos compañeros del trabajo en un parque cerca. La idea era estirar un poco, pero terminamos con todo a la calistenia y al parkour.

El parque se convirtió en nuestro gimnasio al aire libre. La cosa es que empezamos a entrenar variado, para ver quién hacía qué. Yo me concentré en los estáticos y, no te miento, me puse super conectado con el cuerpo, empecé con la bandera, que siempre me exige, y luego me lancé al back lever supino. Lo más cool fue el press a handstand, que por fin me salió bien ya que las estaba haciendo un poco mal antes, y un front lever que, aunque me costaba un poco lo intente mantener.

Mientras hacíamos todo eso, el cielo comenzó a dar relámpagos y de pronto, empezó a llover. Al principio nos reímos y seguimos, pero la lluvia se puso seria y nos tocó parar. Nos fuimos a buscar resguardo, corriendo rápidamente. Esos momentos, espontáneos y liberadores, son los que de verdad recargan. Nos fuimos con la risas de echar broma de haber aprovechado la tarde al máximo, sin arrepentirnos de nada.

Hi, everybody, and welcome to a new post! After what felt like an endless workday, I asked my friend, "Is there a park nearby?" In the end, we ran into some coworkers at a nearby park. We were just going to stretch a bit, but we ended up doing a whole mix of calisthenics and parkour.

The park became our outdoor gym. The thing is, we started training in different ways to see who could do what. I focused on statics, and I'm not gonna lie, I felt so connected to my body. I started with the human flag, which always challenges me, and then I went for the supine back lever. The coolest thing was the press to handstand, which I finally nailed—I was doing them a little wrong before—and a front lever, which was tough, but I managed to hold it for a bit.

While we were doing all that, the sky started flashing with lightning, and suddenly it began to rain. At first, we just laughed and kept going, but the rain got serious, so we had to stop. We ran to find shelter as fast as we could. Those spontaneous and freeing moments are what really recharge you. We left laughing and joking, feeling like we had made the most of the afternoon, with no regrets at all.
