Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !---- Mi día fue bastante sencillo por la mañana, desayuné, limpie un poco por la casa, me di una ducha y me senté a compartir un poco con mi gata. Por la tarde salí a trotar un rato para hacer un poco de cardio, trote hasta la plaza el Barroso y di algunas vueltas alrededor de la plaza, el clima era perfecto y había una brisa fresca alrededor, trote alrededor de unos 15 minutos estando en la plaza alternando entre 2 vueltas de trote y un tramo caminando para descansar.
My day was pretty simple in the morning. I had breakfast, cleaned a little around the house, took a shower, and sat down to spend some time with my cat. In the afternoon, I went for a short jog to get some cardio in. I jogged to Plaza El Barroso and ran a few laps around the square. The weather was perfect, with a cool breeze. I jogged around the square for about 15 minutes, alternating between two laps of jogging and a short walk to rest.----     -----------
Allá me tope con algunos amigos y me invitaron a compartir un poco con ellos, hablamos bastante y caminamos un poco alrededor de la plaza, nos tomamos bastantes fotos y en general pasamos un muy lindo momento, ya en la noche algunos se tuvieron que ir y los demás fuimos a compartir un poco en una heladería cercana, en lo personal no comí porque estaba un poco revuelto, pero los demás si lo hicieron y nos quedamos allí hablando un rato, luego acompañe a una amiga a su casa y me fui caminando hasta mi casa, fue un día bastante entretenido.
There I ran into some friends and they invited me to spend a little time with them, we talked a lot and walked a bit around the square, we took a lot of pictures and in general we had a very nice time, at night some had to leave and the rest of us went to share a little bit in a nearby ice cream shop, personally I didn't eat because I was a bit upset, but the others did and we stayed there talking for a while, then I accompanied a friend to her house and I walked back to my house, it was a very entertaining day.  ----
