Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles en esta nueva ocasion , feliz fin de semana para todos 🙏 hoy quiero presentarles lo que es una de las arepas que mas me gustan y muy infravalorada como es la arepa de atun com aguacate espero les guste
Used materials//materiales utilizados
*tuna *onion *tomato *avocado *mayonnaise *precooked flour
*atun *cebolla *tomate *aguacate *mayonesa *harina precocida
Step1//paso1
The first step is to dice the tomato and onion, then add the canned tuna, avocado, salt to taste and mayonnaise, then stir. The next step is to make the dough, add water, salt, precooked flour, stir, then knead in a bowl, place the arepa and cook.
El primer paso picar en cuadros el tomate y la cebolla, luego le aplico el atun de lata, el aguacate , sal al gusto y mayonesa luego revuelvo , lo siguiente es realizo la masa , aplico agua , sal , harina precocida revuelvo luego amazo en un budare coloco la arepa y a cocinar

una vez la arepa este lista la abro en el centro y relleno con el atun
