Used materials//materiales utilizados
*precooked flour dough *tuna *vegetables *corn
*masa de harina precosida *atun *vegetales *maiz
Step1//paso1
The first thing I do is make the tortilla with the precooked corn flour dough, I place the ball, stretch it and shape it, I put it to cook in a budare, then I chop the vegetables in the following way
Lo primero que hago es hacer la tortilla con la masa de harina de maiz precosido coloco la bolita , tiendo y le doy la forma lo pongo a cocinar en un budare , luego pico los vegetales de la siguiente forma

Then I add corn and tuna, a little lemon and mayonnaise, then I take out the tortilla when it is cooked to the desired level.
luego agrego maiz y el atun , un poco de limon y mayonesa luego saco la tortilla cuando ya tenga la coccion que deseo

una vez este listo agrego el atun con los vegetales a la tortilla , asi queda esta deliciosa receta
