After a long day full of errands with my mom and sister, we decided to take a break and have lunch somewhere special. We chose Tulum, a gastrobar located in the eastern part of Barquisimeto, near the Sambil. It wasn’t my first time there—the first time I went was on Valentine’s Day—and ever since that day, I’ve been in love with both the place and its service and food. On that first visit, I had tried the Texas burger, which I absolutely loved. This time, I wanted to switch things up and went for the Córdoba, and I have to say, it was the perfect choice. It’s made with grilled sirloin, double cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, bacon, Argentine chimichurri, and garlic sauce… a true explosion of flavors in every bite! I was honestly impressed. To go with it, I ordered a strawberry milkshake that really surprised me: creamy, refreshing, and incredibly tasty. Definitely one of those milkshakes that leaves you wanting more. What made it even more special is that we took my mom along, since she had never been there before, and we loved sharing the experience with her. As always, the service was excellent and the food, delicious. Without a doubt, Tulum is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in the city. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend it. And if you do go, make sure to try one of their burgers… I promise you won’t regret it! 💖🍴

Después de un día largo lleno de diligencias con mi mamá y mi hermana, decidimos darnos una pausa y almorzar en un lugar especial. Optamos por Tulum, un gastrobar ubicado en el este de Barquisimeto, cerca del Sambil. No era mi primera vez allí —la primera vez que fui fue en el Día de los Enamorados— y desde ese día quedé encantada tanto con el sitio como con su atención y su comida. En esa primera visita había probado la hamburguesa Texas, que me fascinó. Esta vez quise variar y me fui por la Córdoba, y tengo que decir que fue todo un acierto. Está compuesta por solomo al grill, doble queso cheddar, cebolla caramelizada, tocineta, chimichurri argentino y salsa de ajo… ¡una explosión de sabores en cada bocado! Realmente quedé encantada. Para acompañar, pedí un batido de fresa, que me sorprendió muchísimo: cremoso, fresco y con un sabor increíble. De verdad es de esos batidos que te dejan con ganas de repetir. Además, fue especial porque aprovechamos para llevar a mi mamá, que no conocía el lugar, y nos encantó compartir la experiencia con ella. Como siempre, la atención fue excelente y la comida, una delicia. Sin duda, Tulum se está convirtiendo en uno de mis sitios favoritos en la ciudad. Si aún no lo conocen, se los recomiendo muchísimo. Y si van, no duden en probar alguna de sus hamburguesas… ¡les prometo que no se van a arrepentir! 💖🍴
