Historical glimpse with Vespa - watercolors on paper
Hello everyone, dear Hivers, and welcome back to my blog. After many days, I'm back on Hive to share my latest watercolor work. It's a commission I received from a client who owns this B&B called “Bonne Nuit.”
The client also wanted me to paint her red Vespa next to the building.
As you can see from the photos I took, the small ancient street does not have much light and there is also a lack of plants and flowers. So I tried to make the scene bright and full of plant life. Drawing and painting the Vespa was not easy, but in the end she liked it very much.

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Dopo molti giorni torno su Hive per condividere il mio ultimo lavoro ad acquarello. Si tratta di una commissione che mi è stata richiesta da una cliente proprietaria di questo B&B dal nome "Bonne Nuit". La cliente ha voluto che io dipingessi anche la sua Vespa rossa accanto al locale.
Come potete vedere dalle foto che ho scattato, la piccola stradina antica non ha molta luce e si sente anche la mancanza di piante e fiori. Così ho cercato di rendere la scena illuminata e ricca di vita vegetale. Disegnare e dipingere la Vespa non è stato facile ma alla fine a lei è piaciuta molto.
