Toward the sunset - watercolors on paper

Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I'm back to share my favorite subject, the seascape. The scene I offer you naturally is a figment of my imagination with which I wanted to depict a scenario bordering on the real. I painted two small sailboats at the mercy of giant waves attempting to sail in front of land. The scenery on the mainland I wanted to paint it as the remains of buildings tilting and merging with the mountain due to the forces of nature.  detail The sunset is just a symbol to witness the end of an era. Verso il tramonto - acquarelli su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi torno a condividere il mio soggetto preferito, il paesaggio marino. La scena che vi propongo naturalemente è frutto della mia immaginazione con la quale ho voluto rappresentare uno scenario al limite del reale. Ho dipinto due piccole barche a vela in balia di onde gigantesche che tentano di navigare di fronte alla terraferma. Lo scenario sulla terraferma l'ho voluto dipingere come dei resti di edifici che si inclinano e si fondono con la montagna a causa delle forze della natura. Il tramonto è solo un simbolo per testimoniare la fine di un'era. Vi lascio tutti gli steps del processo creativo ed i miei migliori saluti. Armando.
