We are social beings, and we need our fair share of daily communication. Think: the indispensable coffee breaks and chitchats, exchanging tidbits of information around us. There is so much to talk about, yet some still spend their brainwaves on talking behind people's backs, discussing the 'failures' of others. Look around you and consider - what exactly are people around you talking about? If they try to pull you in a discussion that is not worth your mental energy, pull back!
