General Ma Kaiping, chief of the China delegation, Mrs Liu Yingzi, vice mayor of Wuhan, and Lt. Colonel Abdul Hakeem Alshino, president of International Military Sports Council signed a preliminary agreement of the seventh Military World Games 2019 on the scene. According to the agreement, Wuhan is to host the seventh Military World Games 2019 which will last 10 days from late October to early November, 2019.
Before the announcement, General Ma Kaiping, chief of China delegation, gave a speech introducing the various advantages of Wuhan, such as economy, society, history, venues construction, and sports culture. The China delegation also played a video of Wuhan showcasing the city.
"China is being requested since a long time ago from this organization to host this mega event. And during my presidency, we are very lucky, and I'm very fortunate to announce China accepted to my requests. Actually, China has got all the requirements of our objectives. We reached there and we found people practicing sports. The place was very secured and the people very grateful and very hospitality," said Lt Colonel Abdul hakeem Alshino, president of International Military Sports Council. Mrs. Liu Yingzi, vice mayor of Wuhan, stated that Wuhan's successful bid to host the Military Games shows that China’s influence abroad is growing stronger, and that sports are becoming more professional.
"China's influence on the world is getting bigger and bigger. We have hosted many world sports games, including the Beijing Olympics, Asian Sports Games in Guangzhou, and Youth Olympic Games last year. I think that China is showing an image of great power in its unique way, competitive sports," said Mrs. Liu Yingzi, vice mayor of Wuhan.
The International Military Sports Committee (CISM) with its 134 members is the largest comprehensive sports organization between armies. China attended CISM in 1978. Every four years, more than 8,000 athletes from over 100 member countries participate in the Military World Games, also called the “Military Olympics”.
The year of 2019 is the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, making the hosting Military World Games a special occasion for China. With thousands of soldiers arriving in Wuhan, the event will demonstrate the strength of the friendships the PRC has established since is founding. It also provides an important platform to demonstrate the capabilities of the Chinese military, and increase China’s international influence.

On her site, Zeng posted a English translation of the Chinese article Wuhan Customs Holds 30 Days Countdown to Military Games and Emergency Response Drill at Ports which revealed the drill, which is highly reminiscent of Western (especially USG) false flag operations, which usually contain telltale signs of manipulation such as foreknowledge and ‘coincidental’ drills for an attack or event which later becomes reality.

“This afternoon (September 18), an inbound flight from an unknown country arrived at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. All in a sudden, the portal nuclear radiation monitoring system alarmed.
