Esa pregunta básicamente me define, porque soy terco como ninguno, y aunque deba descansar, salir a correr me gusta mucho, así que ignoro el problema de mi piel y salgo a correr al menos 3km, y bueno... Sé que estoy de reposo y que no debería correr, y mi mamá me regañó y etc... La verdad, corriendo me siento yo mismo, así que al menos 3km fui a correr, pero es que si no voy, siento que no soy yo. Cómo sabía que sería poca distancia (tampoco soy tan inconsciente y desobediente) opté por correrlos rápido. Sé que puedo lograr un tiempo mucho mejor para esa distancia, pero tampoco es cuestión de excedernos jajaja. No me gusta no estar al 100% inhabilitado para mis carreras, es un poco frustrante, pero a veces hay cosas que no nos gustan y son necesarias. Sé que cuando vuelva, estaré con todo entrenando, pero por ahora, tocan carreras cortas y esporádicas. If I want something, even if I shouldn't, I'm going to at least try. I know I'm supposed to be resting and that I shouldn't run, and my mom scolded me and so on... But the truth is, running makes me feel like myself, so I went for a run of at least 3 km, because if I don't go, I feel like I'm not myself. Since I knew it would be a short distance (I'm not that reckless and disobedient), I decided to run fast. I know I can achieve a much better time for that distance, but it's not a question of overdoing it either, haha. I don't like not being 100% ready for my races, it's a bit frustrating, but sometimes there are things we don't like that are necessary. I know that when I come back, I'll be training hard, but for now, it's short and sporadic races.
