Ayer, con un pequeño dolor en las piernas, salí a recorrer unos kilómetros para estirarlas, y sin darme cuenta, completé un entrenamiento de 8 kilómetros. ¡Aquí les cuento! --- ![1001324610.gif](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/artsyjose/23wgQCq936pofYCjXeEFtio6ZsaXrBJXUA5J2JcvJQsaoRwYWJz8jcQKeeiw3218ysB3k.gif) --- Saben ese dolor sabrosito que nos da cuando hacemos ejercicios de fuerza para las piernas, agallones, pues ayer en la tarde tenía esos dolores a todo dar, desde los glúteos hasta las pantorrillas, y por alguna razón, eso me motivó a salir a correr. El ritmo promedio no estuvo mal, fue de 6:38 /km, algo relajado pero nada super lento para mis ritmos. Fue un total de 53 minutos y 9 segundos de recorrido, con un sol sabroso que sirvió para ponerme mis lentes oscuros, que al final fue contraproducente porque estoy acostumbrado a correr con mis lentes de ver, ¡andaba ciego jajaja! Yesterday, despite a slight pain in my legs, I went out for a few miles to stretch them out, and before I knew it, I had completed an 8-mile workout. Well, yesterday afternoon I had that pain all over, from my glutes to my calves, and for some reason, it motivated me to go for a run. In my mind, I had planned to run about 3 km before going to the gym, but then I decided to skip the gym workout and just keep running. I would have liked to run a little more, but my legs felt tired, so I decided not to overdo it. The average pace wasn't bad, it was 6:38/km, a bit relaxed but not super slow for my pace. It was a total of 53 minutes and 9 seconds, with a nice sun that made me put on my sunglasses, which in the end was counterproductive because I'm used to running with my glasses on, I was blind, ha ha ha! And that was it. I hope to continue doing longer runs this week.
