8KM Y VUELTA DE ENFRIAMIENTO | HIVERUN [ESP - ENG] 🏃🏻‍♂️🥶

Sin embargo, no me rendí, quería aprovechar mi ausencia en el gimnasio para hacer un recorrido un poco más largo. Y al finalizar, tomando la idea de @erilej, hice una vuelta de enfriamiento, 1 kilómetro más para estirar las piernas y sacar fotos y el gif que les muestro. Dicha vuelta tuvo un ritmo de 7:47 /km. Si Dios lo permite, este fin de semana vendrán otras carreras largas para ir acostumbrando mis piernas. ¿Ustedes planean hacer unos buenos recorridos durante estos días? I felt like I was walking a lot and resting a lot, so I was surprised by the pace I achieved. And at the end, taking @erilej's idea, I did a cool-down lap, 1 kilometer more to stretch my legs and take photos and the gif I'm showing you. That lap had a pace of 7:47/km.
