I often make rice krispies, which I love very much because of the great taste and because they are low in calories, rich in protein and have neither sugar nor gluten.
I got the recipe from Gennady Genadiev blog.
The ingredients used are:

- 100 gr. rice cakes
- 250 gr. honey
- 250 gr. tahini - the original recipe is with peanut butter, but I'm experimenting with tahini. In this case, I used tahini with sesame and flax.
- 3 servings of whey protein
Crumble the rice balls in a large bowl.

I added the other ingredients:
Honey:

Tahini:

and protein:

Mix the mixture well.

It is poured into a tray covered with baking paper and left for an hour in the refrigerator to harden.

Then it is taken out, cut into pieces and here it is ready to eat.

I wrap the pieces in foil so they are convenient to carry when I'm out.
