Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about How the atmosphere be like in the housing complex where we will live? Actually we are several times going there. Since me and my wife already agreed that we are going to buy house in this cluster. So, we need to make sure this place and the public facility and also the vibes is really cozy. Apperantly, this place is really good when evening. Quiet, privacy, and the neighboor is not care about other privacy.
There are fish pond and hang out area in the middle of Cluster. And this place is quiet. No one here. No one hang out inside. I dont know this place is for public or just some people that using this place. But, the outdoor is cool. My son like been in here looking the fish.
Even though this place looks cool. But, the pond is not trully maintain. Many algae in this pond. It is not too good for looking especially for me that know how to maintain the pond. And for the filtration its already good enough. Enough for making this pond water having huge amount of oxigen levels. Thats why the fish are still okay. But, soon the algae can make the ecosystem broke. Especially when Black Algae bloom or Blue Green Algae Bloom. It will need to restart the ecosystem.
See, the environment is really nice right? Neat and well arrangement. One thing that making me get a little bit uncomfortable is the price of this house. Kinda pricey. If only the price is just 50k$. I think it would be really great deal.
See, no one here whereas right now is Weekend. I think many people just chill in their own house. Maybe this place will crowd when having big event like New Year Eve or when Ramadhan came.
While in here, we are looking for our future house that still in progress.Turns out that the road is still closed and we cannot see how the progress.
And here the form of our future house. Small but yeah this is what we can afford for right now. Maybe in the future if our finance going better and absolutely going better ( I Believe that) Maybe we can buy larger house. So my plan is buying in the middle in the picture above but the other side. I cannot take picture since there are wall that closed the road.
Unfortunately we cannot see anything, this house is not fully building yet. The Developer said that this December this house is already fully build. But, i dont know, maybe they can do it on time. And i dont mind to much since i still have time until next year June before my rent is due time. What i am afraid is when i cannot fulfill the monthly payment just in case something happened on my financial plan. But, i really make this financial plan very carefully for this year. Hopefuly there are no sudden bad thing happen on this year.
I really like this Cluster Complex. I think the vibe is better than in my Rent house right now. More private. But, we cannot installing fence in here. Yeah my wife concern is where to place my motorcycle. It will be really annoying to carrying motorcycle inside house. And it will be dirty if the motorcycle goes inside the house. I still dont know about that maybe i will think later. And for now what i need to think is hopefully the bank will approve my bank checking account. So, i can start the payment and sign the deed of sale and purchase. And then sign the buying agremeent. My plan is next month all will be cleared. But,I will surrender everything to God just belive where he will lead me.
