Hola buenas tardes amigo de esta hermosa comunidad en esta oportunidad le voy a hablar sobre una linfangitis sobreinfectada o complicada ya que mi padre está pasando por este caso.
La linfangitis es un trastorno de la circulación principalmente en miembros inferiores que se produce generalmente en personas diabéticos, y se da en pacientes que hayan tenido alguna herida o cualquier otra puerta de entrada.
Se complica cuando el paciente presenta ulceraciones al alrededor de la herida.
En esta imagen pueden observar una linfangitis complicada ,la cual pueden evidenciar piel con células muertas y bordes bien indefinidos ,se debe realizar cura diarias para eliminar todo el tejido con células muertas.
En esta imagen le muestro la mejoría que a presentado, con las curas que le realizó a diario a mi padre ,se a evidenciado que al retirar las células muertas y aplicando tratamientos con antibióticos vía oral y tópico mi padre a presentado mejoría de la herida.
