It's the rainy season in most of Southeast Asia, and with it comes a lot of flooding, but also a lot of beauty and photography potential. If you can keep your smartphone or camera dry there are plenty of good shots to be taken just before, during, and just after a rainstorm. Of course safety is a priority, don't go getting electrocuted or falling into a ditch for this challenge.

Capture the best moments that highlight your experience of the monsoons and rainy season and share it with us ASEAN Hivers. Tell a story too of course, especially your experience during the rains and all the good and bad it brings. The air is often very clean and fresh after a storm, but it can often come at the cost of a flooded room or leaky roof, but the rainy season doesn't cater to anyone.
