"ASEAN Hive Top 3" 🌏 August 24th - September 1st 2025

Hi, everyone I'm back with another 3 posts from some amazing people in ASEAN Hive. The first one is made by @piyamas. I've seen the dessert but I never know that it is called Bua Loi. Also that doesn't look to difficult to make and it looks really good and colorful as well. I wonder if the balls would taste different since they are made with different ingredients.

The next post is made by @mdakash62. I used to can't decide between a cat and a dog but now I don't even hesitate to say which on e I loke more. I still like dogs but probably not as much as a cat. I gotta say my cats behave themselves most of the time and it is probably because of their mother, since a mother also play a big role in a cat's life.

The last is post made by @reidenling90. I really miss eating street food especially the snacks and fruits. I really miss sour fruits with salt and chili, and the handmade snacks and desserts. For me I think Asia is most known for the food, the culture, and the scenery and maybe the people as well. When I go back I will make sure to eat all the street food and snacks cause it is really hard to beat street food.

Let's Make Thai Dessert ~ Bua Loi in Coconut Milk (Colorful Thai Glutinous Rice Balls)

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Today, I have another Thai dessert to introduce to you all. It's called Bua Loi ( it mean Lotus Float), specifically Bua Loi in coconut milk. I'll be making it more colorful by using natural colors: purple from purple sweet potato, yellow from pumpkin, and orange from orange sweet potato. Each one has its own unique color, and they also provide different textures and flavors when you chew them.

Above is the local shop packed with tones of local food. Just located opposite/besides each other. Let's go for more.
