The lounge has always been about fun and good times, but a balance of health and partying hard is very important to long life. For this reason I have filled our elite space with various exercise machines, both new and old, and you got to break a sweat if you want to be a VIP. You can sit a chair and dangle a leg on the treadmill or even hit a friend with a badminton racket, but most importantly it should get your heart rate up.
I assume you'll all be responsible and not try to play volleyball while sipping a martini or attempt to benchpress 50kg while eating a sandwich, this would result in sticky floors not associated with an elite lifestyle. Soak your tuxedo with sweat simply because it seems like a VIP way to exercise, and we've got plenty of spare suits, smoking jackets, robes, and just about any attire to make you bling again. (ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Life for me in Vietnam doesn't change a great deal and a lot of this is because I am a creature of routine. I used to be Mr. Adventure and everything that I did almost every day was something that was done intentionally because it was something new and exciting. I am older now and don't need that level of excitement in my life and also, probably more importantly, my dog is also older, and she doesn't have the stamina that she used to and any attempts to get her to do something outdoors - which she loves doing - is over very quickly.

(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) It’s my husband’s car, and this would be the third time this year. We’ve brought it to different workshops, different mechanics, each one poking around and shrugging like it’s just one of those ghosts in the machine. But today, the mechanics finally identified the issues: spark plugs, cooling gasket, weak battery, frayed cables, a clogged pipe, and a radiator that desperately needs cleaning.

After dropping the kids off at school, I rode my motorbike to the morning market to buy some snacks to wait for my daughter to return from school. Then I came back to do housework and find something to eat. Then I started my crocheting work. The other day, I bought a spool of nylon yarn and thought I would crochet a bag to put some things in.

Now that my cousin is home, it is not hard to know what food my mom is going to buy, he is craving food he cannot eat when he's still in the big city, so yeah. So for today's blog, I am going to cook Ginisang Malunggay Pods. It is a miracle that our Malunggay Tree is still growing malunggay pods in this kind of rainy weather. I thought we were going to taste malunggay pods next year again.

(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) I do have a lot of plans for the first day of the week, Monday. So I decided to have a simple breakfast that I could prepare quickly. I chose to have steamed sweet corn, partnered with a cup of coffee. This will energize me to do what I need to do in the morning. We have a small business in the market where my Mama sells vegetables and other necessities. I went to process some papers in the town proper, and I got a chance to visit our stall in the market.
