Every person is looking for a best strategy and they are finding the plan which must have win rate above 60%. No doubt a person who searches and work hard to find a better plan will get to the dream .
Its possible that there are strategy which have above 60% win rate. But only you need to find, think and do test for this. Just like I shared a plan with you guys about longing 15 gainers and shorting 15 losers. That worked for me and its profitable right now.
In this post, I have another best plan to share with you guys and you might be interesting with this strategy because it only includes ecosystem coin that is #HIVE.
Not only HIVE and also STEEM. Why I added #Steem has a specific reason which you will get to know about it. The very first thing that both of these coins have the same price movement. They are highly correlated coins and they move following the direction of Bitcoin.
I always prefer a strategy which includes arbitrage or hedge trading. The main reason is that the risk of loss in this strategy is minimum and I must say risk to reward ration is 20:80. The risk in this strategy is only 20% where the reward is always above 80%.
What you have to do is to catch the small price differences between these two coins. This is very possible because these two coins always left small price differences.
Sometimes hive is 0.3% positive and sometimes steem is 0.3% positive and this continues the whole day. As I noted Steem is more volatile then HIVE. In this condition we will long #steem and will short #HIVE.
I noted that when market is bullish Steem go upside faster then hive and when market is bearish Hive go downside faster then Steem. In both market conditions you will be in profit.
You must divide your amount in 3 layers. First layer (single), second layer (double) and third layer (double of 1st,2nd layers). In this case you will get every negative price difference and when it comes to recovery you will get good profit.
