Quetta city is among the beautiful cities in Pakistan. The beauty of this city is that from all four sides it is covered with mountains which makes it more charming. Quetta is a highland area and that is why the best picnic points have beautiful mountains with it.

Majority of the picnic points are located at upland region such as Hanna Lake, Jheel, DAM, Tanda Ziarat, Paye Koh and many more places. Specially when you see in winter season you will see its beauty even more because at that time the mountains are covered with snow and it feels like we are standing inside the fridge.

One of the beautiful picnic points of the Quetta city is Hanna Jheel which is very historical place. You will find natural and traditional beauty in this place.

This picnic point is around 1hour away from my home and it is good to travel by car, but there are tourists who do come on motor bikes and even some tourists used to come on Cycle. This is very strange to see people coming on cycle because the way is not that much good as it has more unconstructed roads.

Anyway Jheel is the most favorite place of me and in past few days we planned to go to Hanna Jheel and to enjoy our day. Mostly people visit this place at evening but there families who do come at night, do their camping and spend the whole day there.

People mostly come from far away and that is why they spend more time at this place. They do their camping, cook foods, drink tea and enjoy the beautiful nature.

We planned to go at evening and enjoy our evening tea there. The beauty of Hanna jheel is that the surrounding is very natural, you will find everywhere trees, grass, flowers and plants.

Also this place is famous for its water, it has water in the lake where tourists enjoy the boat ride. Also there are people who do swim in this LAKE(JHEEL).

Another good thing about this place is that there are around 5-8 rides for the kids to entertain them. Every portion of the place has a separate settings like park, lake, HUT (a place for the visitors to take rest), garden etc.

As we entered the Hanna Jheel gate, we find a better place for sitting. It was a hut place where not all people are allowed but only those who have bookings in advance. This is the place where you will be allowed once in a week and that is very beautiful place.

There is proper sitting place, everywhere is surrounded with greenery and very enjoying surrounding. We spend a good time here, kids were busy playing with each other and they really enjoyed their best time.
