Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo unas cuantas fotos entrenando en conjunto a mis compañeros en el parque, como siempre antes de realizar el entrenamiento específico siempre realizamos algunos combos de dinámicos y estáticos para practicarlos, luego de haber tanteado algunos movimientos tomamos un respiro y procedemos con el entrenamiento específico, bien puede ser entrenamientos progresivos del front lever, de la full planche o incluso hefesto, eso va de acuerdo al plan de entrenamiento diario que tengo planificado. Al menos en esta oportunidad el entrenamiento se basó en la full plancha al final de toda la ejecución de los combos antes mencionados.
Hello to all my dear friends of hive and swc, I hope you are very well and that your activities are going excellent. This time I bring you a few photos of me training together with my colleagues in the park. As always, before doing the specific training, we always do some dynamic and static combos to practice. After having tried some movements, we take a break and proceed with the specific training. It can be progressive training of the front lever, the full planche, or even hephaestus. That goes according to the daily training plan that I have planned. At least this time, the training was based on the full planche at the end of all the execution of the aforementioned combos.
