*Hola a todos mis queridos amigos. El post de hoy será sobre un video que grabé del Challenge Nº 2 de SWC, el cual consiste en mantener durante el máximo de tiempo que se pueda, en parada de manos sobre las mini paralelas en el suelo. No le voy a decir por acá cuanto duré para no quitarles las ganas de ver el video,* pero lo que les puedo decir es que *superé* el tiempo establecido de 1:34 minutos que se *estableció* en el Challenge. *Descubran por ustedes mismos cuánto duré en esta oportunidad,* ya que *duré* mucho tiempo sin entrenar, no pude aguantar más de lo que *aguanté,* pero considero que *aguanté* lo suficiente para el tiempo que tuve inactivo. 💪🏽

Today's post will be about a video I recorded of Challenge Nº 2 of SWC, which consists of Hold for as long as possible, in a handstand on the mini parallel bars on the floor.
