Nueva adquisición en casa. New acquisition at home
Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo unas cuantas fotos sobre mi nueva adquisición, hace ya un tiempo había construido yo mismo una barra australiana, sin embargo tenía ciertas irregularidades y no era tan cómoda por elmlargo de la barra, por lo que la volví a rehacer, corte las bases y aplique algunas técnicas de corte para que quedara mucho mejor visualmente, de esta forma tendrá mayor durabilidad y mayor comodidad evitando cualquier tipo de peligro a la hora de ser utilizada, ahora es mucho mejor porque tiene un largo adecuado para entrenar. Ese mismo día la utilice para entrenar front Lever con liga y debo decir que es bastante cómoda para entrenar, estoy bastante contento por haber construido está barra australiana, considero que me quedo bastante bien y estable.
Hello to all my dear friends at hive and swc, I hope you are all doing well and enjoying your activities. This time I'm bringing you a few photos of my new acquisition. Some time ago I built an Australian bar myself. However, it had some irregularities and wasn't as comfortable due to the length of the bar. So I remade it, cutting the bases and applying some cutting techniques to make it look much better. This way, it will be more durable and more comfortable, avoiding any danger when used. Now it's much better because it's the right length for training. That same day I used it to train with a band on the front lever, and I must say it's quite comfortable. I'm quite happy to have built this Australian bar. I think it's quite good and stable.
