Co za cudny dzień! Znowu piękna pogoda, a do tego pojechaliśmy na rowerki, czyli to, co tygryski lubią najbardziej!
> What a wonderful day! Beautiful weather again, and we went cycling, which is what tigers love best!
Trasa i tempo może niezbyt oszałamiające, ale hej, jechał z nami całą drogę dzielny czterolatek, który naprawdę długo pomykał dzielnie, ale w drodze powrotnej, po wpadnięciu w błotko i pokrzywy miał trochę kryzys, i ten kryzys objawiał się w najbardziej niebezpiecznych miejscach, bo akurat przy drodze. Było chwilę dość nerwowo, ale poza tym cała wycieczka była cudowna.
> The route and pace weren't exactly breathtaking, but hey, we had a brave four-year-old with us the entire way, and he really rode bravely for a long time. But on the way back, after getting caught in the mud and nettles, he had a bit of a meltdown, and this meltdown manifested itself in the most dangerous spots, right by the road. It was a bit tense for a while, but other than that, the whole trip was wonderful.
Zacznijmy jednak od tego, że Dzidzia po przejechaniu 3 kilometrów zrobiła się śpiąca (próbowałam ją w domu wcześniej położyć na drzemkę, ale nie udało się, bo kot ją obudził, tak więc tak - była to jej pora). Poszliśmy nad rzekę, żeby chłopaki skorzystali z wody, a ja miałam małą położyć na kocyku. Ale podeszła przemiła pani do mnie z leżakiem. Mówi, niech sobie pani usiądzie z malutką, niech sobie pośpi na pani, będzie wam wygodniej. I wiecie co? Było nam mega wygodnie. Miałam pierwszą taką godzinę dla siebie na tych wczasach, że mogłam sobie usiąść na leżaku w cieniu z Kindelkiem i nie martwić się, że zaraz ktoś połamie sobie kręgosłup na schodach :D TO BYŁ RAJ.
> Let's start with the fact that Baby got sleepy after running 3 kilometers (I tried to put her down for a nap at home earlier, but it didn't work because the cat woke her up, so yes, it was her time). We went to the river so the boys could enjoy the water, and I was supposed to put Baby on a blanket. But a lovely lady came up to me with a deck chair. She said, "Sit down with Baby, let her sleep on you, it'll be more comfortable for you." And you know what? We were incredibly comfortable. I had the first hour to myself on this vacation where I could sit on a deck chair in the shade with my Kindle and not worry about someone breaking their back on the stairs. :D IT WAS PARADISE.
A potem pojechaliśmy dalej i raj trwał - piękna przyroda, zieleń, słońce i my.
> And then we went further and paradise continued - beautiful nature, greenery, sun and us.
Zacieszone pyszczki miłośników rowerów.
> The delighted faces of bicycle lovers.
Dojechaliśmy sobie do przemiłej pizzerii nad Brennicą, gdzie zjedliśmy góralską pizzę z oscypkiem i żurawiną, a dzieci miały tam również niemały raj, bo plac zabaw był całkiem całkiem.
> We arrived at a lovely pizzeria on the Brennica River, where we ate highlander pizza with oscypek cheese and cranberries, and the children also had a great time there, as the playground was really nice.
Potem były dzikie przeprawy przez rzeki, bagna i pokrzywy :D Daliśmy radę.
> Then there were wild crossings through rivers, swamps and nettles :D We made it.
Choć nie powiem, były trudniejsze momenty trasy, gdzie trzeba było jechać wąską, krętą ścieżką nad skarpą, a mimo to, Bombel tam naprawdę dzielnie dawał radę i jechał niczym zawodowy cyklista.
> Although I won't deny that there were some more difficult parts of the route, where you had to ride a narrow, winding path over an escarpment, and yet Bombel managed it really bravely and rode like a professional cyclist.
Do błota wpadł na samym końcu tej trasy, w zasadzie już na płaskim i prostym odcinku :)
> He fell into the mud at the very end of this route, basically on a flat and straight section :)
Potem był kawałek oporny, po wiejskiej drodze, gdzie auta jadą rzadko, ale jednak jadą. Ale też daliśmy radę, pomimo zmęczenia i drobnych łez Bombelka po pokrzywach.
Mijaliśmy sobie widok na naszą osobistą górę - Groń.
> Then there was a challenging section, along a country road where cars rarely pass, but they do pass. But we made it, despite exhaustion and Bombelek's minor tears from the nettles.
We passed a view of our personal mountain, Groń.
I do domu! Było wspaniale, mimo, że końcówka tej trasy wzbudziła we mnie takie zastrzeżenia, czy nie przesadziliśmy, czy może jednak trzeba było krócej, i nie przez takie krzaki. Ale z drugiej strony: to była przygoda i będzie co wspominać, a dzieci naprawdę dały radę - i ostatecznie podobało im się. A to o to chyba chodzi w żyćku, nie?
> And home! It was wonderful, even though the end of the route left me wondering if we'd overdone it, or perhaps we should have taken it shorter, and not through such thickets. But on the other hand: it was an adventure and something to remember, and the kids really pulled it off—and ultimately, they loved it. And that's what life is all about, right?
