Jezu, jaki to był ciężki dzień. Chyba dla nas wszystkich. Przesilenie się wzięło chyba stąd, że Dzidzia ma katar. Z jednej strony budzi to moje obawy co do dalszego rozwoju infekcji i czy nie będzie gorączki, więc już latam za nią z termometrem. Z drugiej, sprawia, że jest ona trochę marudna i przylepiona do mnie bardziej niż zwykle.
Z totalnie innej parafii dodam, że idąc do apteki po gruszkę i krople na katar, w samo południe, ledwo szłam, noga za nogą. To jak nie ja, ostatnie dni przecież był taki sam upał, a ja skakałam jak koziczka. Coś dziś wybitnie było nie tak, więc albo trudniejsza noc z Dzidzią, albo mnie też może coś bierze.

On the one hand, it's making me worried about the infection's progression and whether she'll develop a fever, so I'm already chasing her around with a thermometer. On the other, it's making her a bit grumpy and clinging to me more than usual.
From a completely different perspective, I'll add that when I went to the pharmacy for a pear and some cold drops at high noon, I could barely walk, one foot in front of the other. It's just not me; the last few days have been just as hot, and I've been jumping around like a baby. Something definitely felt off today, so either it's a more difficult night with Baby, or maybe something's wrong with me too.
Byliśmy potem nad rzeką, i było cudnie, ale to zmęczenie spowodowało, że zabrałam Dzidzię szybciej do domu, żeby usiąść z nią pod drzewkiem z zabawkami. Dzięki temu nie musiałam jej gonić i powstrzymywać przed rzuceniem się do Wisły. Uff.
> We went to the river later, and it was wonderful, but the exhaustion meant I took Baby home early to sit with her under the tree with toys. That way, I didn't have to chase her and stop her from diving into the Vistula. Uff.
