Today my coffee tastes strange,
a bitter embrace that chokes the soul,
it tastes like sadness, like clear loneliness,
like a distant echo that never subsides.
In cold whispers I'm trapped by dreams,
scattered memories that time wears away,
in a steaming cup, the pain is small,
but immense the emptiness that the chest unleashes.
Oblivion looms in each slow sip,
a shadowy dance of fleeting shadows,
and the drops come, like winter clouds,
weeping silently among my slips.
Thousands of thoughts wander aimlessly
like stars lost in a grey sky,
my mind a labyrinth, a deep corner,
where yesterday born, today becomes a happy.
