If I think of Manila Philippines, most of the pictures that comes into my mind are the big buildings, crowded place, vehicle congestions, and polluted air.
It's been five years since I visited Manila, even though I live in the nearby province I still don't have time roam around and do sight seeing. One day, we were invited to join to a peaceful rally organized by Church of Christ. They provided free vehicles and accommodations to us, so without hesitation we participated. We enjoyed the activities and foods that they prepared for everyone who joined.
The rally ended peacefully at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon. On our way to the bus parking lot, we took some time to visit the Dolomite Beach for the fist time. I thought we couldn't get inside because we don't have any money, but as we reached the entrance I was surprised, it was free.

I didn't expect that much about the scenery because I thought it was just an ordinary beach. As we entered , I told my husband "Wow! this is incredible!" and he agreed also. I've never seen such stunning beach in the heart of the city before. I told myself, this project was really worth it. I feel so happy and overwhelmed that time, so we took some photos of ourselves as our remembrance. We walked along the beach and we tried to touch the water, it was really clean, too far from what we had witnessed 5 years ago.

As I looked around more people were also smiling, while enjoying the place. As we stayed for a while sitting on the sand, I told my partner that it will be perfect to bring a cup of coffee here next time.
We wanted to stay longer but our time was limited, so we rushed to leave the beach and went straight to the bus where most of our friends were already there waiting for us. Inside the bus, we were still talking about the beauty of Dolomite Beach which really captured our hearts...so if you landed in Manila and you were feeling stuck , try to have a glance at Dolomite Beach and bring some cup of coffee with you.
Dolomite beach or Manila Beach could be a perfect escapade for everyone in the city who wants to relax without spending too much money. It's just located in the heart of Metro Manila , surrounded with huge buildings.
