We call it a "gym safari," a Sunday morning where we find a new place (the gym) to keep us from getting bored.
I usually train six times a week with periodic training. It gets pretty boring, and I need some variety.
However, a friend came up with the idea of joining a less milles class, Body Combat, and an after-compound workout. It turned out to be so torturous that I couldn't even make it through the last quarter of the session, opting to go to the bathroom and shower.
