Grilled Ribs Recipe

A cut of beef that I find incredibly delicious and even better than steak. However, cooking ribs can be tricky. No, it's not difficult, but rather a lack of proper technique. Ribs come from the bone. Of course, if there's meat wrapped around the bone, it tends to have a chewy texture and is difficult to cook without boiling it. Usually, ribs are just a more delicious addition to soup. I plan to make it into an incredibly delicious yet simple dish. Seriously, it's so simple. It's almost like the blink of an eye, but it took me 1.5 hours to make. Ingredients: - 1 kg beef ribs - 3 liters of water - 20 grams of salt - Chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, coriander, oyster sauce - Lemongrass and galangal The ingredients above are very simple. You only need those to make grilled ribs. Of course, honestly, these aren't just grilled ribs. I don't have charcoal to grill them, and preparing a grilling area would be a hassle. However, I do have an oven, so I oven to roast them. Should I call them grilled ribs? I wanted the name to be really fancy! Okay. First, I boiled the beef ribs in 2-3 liters of water. I just add lemongrass and galangal, oh no! I forgot to add salt. In the end, I add 20 grams of salt so the ribs would absorb the salt and give them a richer flavor. I drained them from the boiling water and finally, I brushed them with a simple recipe. A simple sauce that uses just 1 tablespoon. I only use one spoonful of each sauce. Of course, the oven should be preheated to speed things up. You can also use a torch with a fairly high heat. Serve!
