Shrimp and Vegetable Samosas

I thought they were delicious, fun, and filling. However, did you know that making empanadas wrap was a tricky? Empanadas dough is not instant, it's made with flour and water, and it's not ready available on the market. Often, when I make empanadas, I always struggle to measure the filling. I even make a lot, afraid of not having enough, and often overdoing it. I wanted to make it into something else, but I was too lazy to make empanada dough. I had spring roll wrappers, and sure enough, I thought of making samosas today. I just warmed the filling and put it inside the spring roll wrappers. I figured you were too lazy to scroll down for that recipe. They add a bit of flavor, but if you need more umami taste, you can use mushrooms stock.
