source Political parties in this part of the world (third world countries) is one of the major problem hindering development

The question is: what is the purpose of this so called political parties?

It could be seen that our lacks political orientations

Choosing a leader is a crucial thing which must not be undermined

Having a good leader can turn tables around for good Put the ways our political parties are structured it could be seen that it's very difficult to produce the leader that the masses seeks

101% of political leaders that we have would have done better if not for the bad party system that is being operated

Why should the Presidential ticket amount to hundreds of millions? So that the party can have their ways?

If a party chooses a candidate he us bound to obey their evil will and interest

The party as a whole has its own interest which which their figure head candidate must fulfil, and within that same party there is different strata which also fight for their own interest which the candidate must fulfil also Because godfatherism is the order if the day

After winning election, all that the emerged candidate will be after is how to repay the debt incurred during the election process, at expense of the electorate who wasted several hours in the sun standing source Though the emergence of the candidate is subject to further debate but that is not the point of call today

To curb this evil act of our political parties I think there is a need to introduce individual candidates, that is: a candidate without a party This will go a long way because there will be healthy and more competition between and among those who desires to rule the masses source Thus will give chance to those who are close to the people and are willing to render a selfless service

Chosen a leader won't cast a fortune because each individual will be rational enough not to waste capital on a selfless service
