👋 ¡Un abrazo a la comunidad de #HCalisthenics, en esta ocasión les traigo excelentes noticias. La primera de ellas es que @hecatonquirox inició una serie de tutoriales con el objetivo de facilitar el ingreso de nuevos atletas a HIVE y a la comunidad. Como complemento a esta iniciativa he decidido escribir una guía sobre markdown y HTML para principiantes en formato PDF, explicando qué es un lenguaje de marcado y por qué es necesario para HIVE, [pueden descargarla aquí](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EarGcbxTtI1Ire3uwFHS8JdoKmM-du1L/view?usp=drive_link).
🤜La otra gran noticia es que luego de mucho tiempo pudimos reunirnos los principales clubes de la ciudad (Fortis Workout, Olympus y Without Limits) para pasar un rato realmente diferente. Aprovechamos este encuentro para hablar sobre planes futuros sobre la blockchain y la comunidad, por ahora no puedo revelar de qué se tratan, pero lo sabrán a su debido tiempo en esta plataforma ¡Así que no se pierdan ningún post de la comunidad!
🙂Por último los dejo con algunas fotos de nuestro encuentro, aproveché para hacer una versión suave de mi rutina de espalda para Victorian, y aunque no lo parezca, los ejercicios de Victorian son muy exigentes. La oportunidad nos permitió compartir un rato ameno con los otros clubes, compartir experiencias y expectativas, así como divertirnos un poco, en verdad fue una experiencia agradable.

🤜The other great news is that after a long time we were able to meet the main clubs of the city (Fortis Workout, Olympus and Without Limits) to have a really different time. 🙂Finally I leave you with some pictures of our meeting, I took the opportunity to do a soft version of my back routine for Victorian, and although it may not seem like it, Victorian exercises are very demanding. The opportunity allowed us to share a pleasant time with the other clubs, share experiences and expectations, as well as have some fun, it was really a nice experience.
