Little HIVE "Pump n Dumps" have returned. I think it's a good sign?

"Pump n Dumps" seem to occur at regular intervals during certain times in the crypto cycle. Often just before a big Bitcoin moves.

There haven't been a lot for some months but it's good to see them return even if they are quite small.
