I received one itinerary today, but I walked a lot. Our client was located inside a mall. Before returning to the office, I visited the downtown area.
I tried to be active even though I was at the office for ours. I walked around several times.
After work, I walked around the city then I went home.
I collected the clothes I washed yesterday when I got home.
