Good day to all hivers !
Today I would like to share interesting observations during my travel in/out Singapore- Malaysia Border via the second link bridge.
As you all may know, the two linked bridge between Singapore-Malaysia is the busiest checkpoint among the Asean borders. Daily according to the statistics there is at least 300k commuters travel between the 2 borders, while the historical highest numbers of commuters daily was achieved this year during the Good Friday public holiday – more than 510k one full day.
For me , due to convenience, I normally travel tru and flo the Malaysia-Singapore via the Second link , so there are many opportunities for me to observe the beautiful scenes and people doing during the journey. (I would lost the internet connection during commuting the 2 borders as I manually cut it off to avoid overseas roaming charges)
As I travel crossing border right after off from work on Friday , I did time to time manage to see the superb sunset ! and I was lucky enough to have seated single corner seat which enable to capture the beautiful moment!
By the way, the city with many tall buildings in the photo, is the Forest City - the mega project carried out by the China developer.
When there is heavy traffic moving towards the Malaysian custom building , I normally got nothing to do but to observe around the cars or the bus passengers (while waiting my car approached nearer to Malaysia border to have roam to local network)
Even after clearing the custom stamping, huge crowd ahead waiting to board the public bus Causeway Link. If you do cross the border during peak hours, do remember to queue for the right lane, as there are two bus routes here and both the routes operated by same bus company so the bus color is the same – Yellow.
Thank you so much spending your time reading my post! Would you like this type of daily life story ? let me know in the comment section
