Un día de doble celebración [Esp/Eng]

 ¡Hola amiguitos de Hive! ✨❤️ Hoy quiero compartirles un día que fue doblemente especial para mí, lleno de emociones, cariño y celebraciones. Fue un día en el que tuve la dicha de festejar la vida de dos personas muy importantes: mi papá y mi mejor amiga de la escuela, Michell. Aunque todo se dio de manera espontánea y sin grandes preparativos, terminó siendo uno de esos días que se quedan guardados en el corazón. La mañana comenzó con una tarea pendiente: tenía que entregar unos papeles de la Universidad, así que me alisté muy temprano y salí enfocada en cumplir con esa responsabilidad. Después de completar el trámite, me encontré con mi papá y mi hermano cerca de donde estaba, porque habíamos planeado salir juntos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi papá, que había sido días antes. Por distintas razones no se le había hecho nada en su momento, y todos sentimos que merecía un gesto bonito para compensar ese día especial.  Fuimos a un centro comercial, donde pasamos un rato muy agradable. Caminamos, vimos tiendas, conversamos y nos comimos un rico helado que nos refrescó. Estábamos esperando a mi madrastra, que también se iba a unir a la celebración, y cuando llegó, nos dirigimos a otro lugar para comer juntos.  Elegimos un sitio donde vendían pollo, y la verdad es que estaba delicioso. También compramos una pequeña torta para cantarle cumpleaños en familia. Aunque no fue una celebración grande ni llena de lujos, fue un momento íntimo y lleno de amor, y me alegró muchísimo poder compartirlo con él. Verlo sonreír, rodeado de sus seres queridos, fue lo más valioso del día.  Pero la alegría no terminó ahí. Ese mismo día estaba de cumpleaños Michell, mi amiga de toda la vida. Hemos sido compañeras desde el Kinder, nos graduamos juntas del liceo, y nuestra amistad ha sido una de las más largas y significativas que tengo. Cuando llegué a casa después de la salida con mi familia, Michell me escribió para avisarme que le iban a cantar cumpleaños en su casa y que quería que yo estuviera presente. No lo dudé ni un segundo y me alisté, preparé su regalo con mucho cariño y salí para su casa. Justo cuando llegué, se fue la luz jajaja, algo que nos tomó por sorpresa porque tenía tiempo que no se iba. Pero eso no detuvo la celebración ni las ganas de compartir. Nos quedamos afuera de su casa, conversando, riéndonos, recordando anécdotas y disfrutando de la compañía.  Aunque no había luz, tomamos fotos, hicimos bromas y todo fue muy divertido. Fue una celebración íntima, con su familia y algunos amigos cercanos, pero llena de calidez, risas y cariño verdadero.   Al final de la noche, le cantamos cumpleaños todos muy contentos. La torta, hecha por su abuelita, estaba riquísima y fue el broche de oro para una noche especial. Para Michell fue un día hermoso, rodeada de las personas que más quiere, y para mí fue un honor poder estar ahí, acompañarla y celebrar su vida.  Gracias por leerme, Hive. Este día me recordó lo importante que es valorar los momentos simples, celebrar a quienes amamos y estar presentes en sus días especiales. ¡Nos vemos en el próximo post! 🎂🌟💕 ****** English  Hello, Hive friends! ✨❤️ Today I want to share with you a day that was doubly special for me, full of emotions, love, and celebrations. It was a day when I had the joy of celebrating the lives of two very important people: my dad and my best friend from school, Michell. Although everything happened spontaneously and without much preparation, it ended up being one of those days that stays in your heart. The morning began with a pending task: I had to hand in some papers for the university, so I got ready very early and left focused on fulfilling that responsibility. After completing the paperwork, I met up with my dad and brother nearby, because we had planned to go out together to celebrate my dad's birthday, which had been a few days earlier. For various reasons, we hadn't done anything for him at the time, and we all felt that he deserved a nice gesture to make up for that special day.  We went to a shopping mall, where we had a very pleasant time. We walked around, looked at stores, talked, and ate delicious ice cream that refreshed us. We were waiting for my stepmother, who was also going to join the celebration, and when she arrived, we went to another place to eat together.  We chose a place that sold chicken, and it was really delicious. We also bought a small cake to sing happy birthday to him as a family. Although it wasn't a big or luxurious celebration, it was an intimate moment full of love, and I was very happy to be able to share it with him. Seeing him smile, surrounded by his loved ones, was the most valuable part of the day.  But the joy didn't end there. That same day was the birthday of Michell, my lifelong friend. We have been friends since kindergarten, we graduated from high school together, and our friendship has been one of the longest and most meaningful I have. When I got home after going out with my family, Michell wrote to me to let me know that they were going to sing "Happy Birthday" at her house and that she wanted me to be there. I didn't hesitate for a second and got ready, prepared her gift with love, and left for her house. Just as I arrived, the power went out hahaha, which took us by surprise because it hadn't gone out in a long time. But that didn't stop the celebration or our desire to share. We stayed outside her house, talking, laughing, reminiscing, and enjoying each other's company.  Even though there was no light, we took pictures, joked around, and had a lot of fun. It was an intimate celebration with her family and a few close friends, but it was full of warmth, laughter, and genuine affection.   At the end of the night, we all sang "Happy Birthday" to her. The cake, made by her grandmother, was delicious and was the perfect ending to a special night. For Michell, it was a beautiful day, surrounded by the people she loves most, and for me, it was an honor to be there, accompany her, and celebrate her life.  Thank you for reading, Hive.
