Over the weekend, I received two new tools for my jewelry creations: flat pliers and six-in-one pliers. Those of us who work with small pieces, threads, wires, and beads know that having the right tools makes a big difference in the outcome and finish of our pieces.✨
I made the purchase on Temu, and I won't deny that I always feel both excited and nervous when waiting for the package to arrive. Until I open it, I feel enormous curiosity to know if what I ordered will really be what I dreamed of, and then great satisfaction when I discover that it has arrived in good condition and even exceeds my expectations. This time was no exception: the tweezers arrived in perfect condition, ready to accompany me in new creations.✨

El fin de semana me llegaron dos nuevas herramientas para mis creaciones de bisutería: una pinza plana y una pinza seis en una. Para quienes trabajamos con piezas pequeñas, hilos, alambres y cuentas, sabemos que tener las herramientas adecuadas marca una gran diferencia en el resultado y acabado de las piezas.✨
La compra la hice en Temu, y no les niego que siempre tengo emoción y nervios al mismo tiempo, al esperar el paquete. Me pasa que, hasta que no lo abro, siento una curiosidad enorme por saber si lo que pedí realmente será lo que soñaba y, luego, mucha satisfacción cuando descubro que llega bien y que además supera lo que esperaba. Esta vez no fue la excepción: las pinzas llegaron perfectas, listas para acompañarme en nuevas creaciones.✨

I had already seen the flat pliers that the teacher used, and she always told us that they were essential for holding and securing the wire without leaving marks because they are smooth. The ones I bought for my kit are serrated, and even with minimal pressure, they leave marks on the wire. So these are perfect, and now that I have them in my hands, I understand why they are so highly recommended. It allows me to hold the materials comfortably, without them slipping, and it also helps me achieve more precise and clean finishes on each joint.✨
The one I was most looking forward to is the six-in-one pliers. This is a special recommendation from my jewelry teacher, as this tool is one of the most essential, and no wonder: it allows me to make different sizes of rings and wire bends without having to change pliers. It's practical, versatile, and, above all, very useful when I want my pieces to have a uniform and professional finish.✨
Using these pliers for the first time makes me feel like I've unlocked a new level in this creative world. It inspires me to keep practicing, to try new techniques, and to realize that little by little I'm building my own workshop, full of the tools I need most to make each project the best and most beautiful it can be.✨

La pinza plana ya se la había visto a la profesora y siempre le escuchaba que era indispensable para sujetar y dar firmeza al trabajar sin que deje marcas porque es una pinza lisa. La que yo compré en mi estuche es dentada y por menos presión que haga, deja algunas marcas en el alambre. Así que esta es prefecta y ahora que la tengo en mis manos, entiendo por qué la recomiendan tanto. Me permite sostener los materiales con comodidad, sin que se resbalen, y además me ayuda a dar acabados más precisos y limpios en cada unión.✨
La que más esperaba es la pinza seis en una. Esta es una recomendación especial de la profe de biisutería, pues esta herramienta es de las fundamentales, y no es para menos: me permite hacer diferentes tamaños de argollas y dobleces de alambre sin necesidad de estar cambiando de pinza. Es práctica, versátil y, sobre todo, muy útil cuando quiero que mis piezas tengan un acabado uniforme y profesional.✨
Estrenar estas pinzas me hace sentir como si hubiera desbloqueado un nuevo nivel en este mundo creativo. Me inspira a seguir practicando, a probar nuevas técnicas y a darme cuenta de que poco a poco voy construyendo mi propio taller, lleno de las herramientas que más necesito para que cada proyecto quede lo mejor y más bonito posible.✨
Ya hice algunos ejercicios y prácticas con estas nuevas pinzas, así que pronto se lo comparto a mis amigas de la comunidad de joyería.✨
