Happy Needlework Monday! Today, I am very excited to share my first Christmas project of the year, because November is here, and with it comes joy, colors, and that beautiful magic that you can start to feel everywhere. To kick off this season, I made some little jute wreaths that I absolutely love. I decorated them with fabric ribbons in traditional Christmas colors: red and green, which stand out beautifully against the rustic texture of the jute. I also added some gold flower-shaped beads to one of the wreaths to give it a special, sparkling touch.🎄❤️
The best thing about these wreaths is that they are very easy to weave, so I encourage you to give them a try. They are ideal for decorating the tree, hanging on small doors, adorning shelves, or any space you want to fill with Christmas spirit. They are quick, inexpensive, and allow you to play with different ribbons, decorations, and personalized details.🧶

¡Feliz lunes de aguja! Hoy quiero compartir con mucha ilusión mi primer proyecto navideño del año, porque llegó noviembre y con él la alegría, los colores y esa magia tan bonita que empieza a sentirse por todas partes. Para comenzar esta temporada preparé unas coronitas tejidas con yute que me tienen encantada. Las decoré con cintas de tela en los colores tradicionales de la Navidad: rojo y verde, que resaltan muy bien con la textura rústica del yute. Además, a una de las coronitas le agregué unos abalorios en forma de florecitas doradas para darle un toque especial y brillante.🎄❤️
Lo mejor de estas coronitas es que se tejen muy fácil, así que las invito a animarse y hacerlas también. Son ideales para decorar el arbolito, colgar en puertas pequeñas, adornar estantes o cualquier espacio que quieran llenar de espíritu navideño. Son rápidas, económicas y permiten jugar con diferentes cintas, adornos y detalles personalizados.🧶

To crochet them, start with a chain. In my case, I made 18 chains for this size and used a 6 mm hook. Once the chain is ready, work single crochet stitches, picking up the little loop that appears at the back. This gives the piece body and a circular shape. When finished, join the other end with a slip stitch to form the crown. Then comes the most fun part: decorating. You can use ribbons, bows, beads, or whatever you have on hand at home. Small details can completely transform them.🧵💫

Para tejerlas, se comienza con una cadena. En mi caso hice 18 cadenetas para este tamaño y utilicé una aguja de 6 mm. Una vez está lista la cadena, se trabajan puntos bajos tomando el buclecito que va apareciendo por detrás. Esto le da cuerpo y forma circular a la pieza. Al finalizar, se une el otro extremo con un punto deslizado para formar la coronita. Luego viene la parte más divertida: decorar. Pueden usar cintas, lazos, cuentas, abalorios o lo que tengan a mano en casa. Con pequeños detalles se transforman por completo.🧵💫
