Well, this season was sobering. The decision to adjust Survival mode so that cards lost are only unavailable to be played again in just Survival mode, as opposed to all modes, has bounced me all the way down from the dizzying heights of Champs I down to Diamond I.
It was totally expected, although I had hoped to be able to claw my way up to Champs III at least... alas, I'm just going to have to invest in a training montage to get the skills and endurance I need to battle my way back in.
Combined with players coming back to Modern and Wild is that I've been very distracted by the release of both The Scouring and Dawn of War Definitive Edition which have taken the spare brainpower that would normally be trying to figure out what's going on with the Splinterlands meta.
So Diamond might be my home for the next little while.
I have been closing following the Conflicts though.
I was so curious to see how many copies of Zyrx the Emberglace I would get given the massive chance numbers in the leaderboard, and my own huge slide down the leaderboard despite spending way more on Conclave Arcana than I did on Rebellion, and so the most likely scenario happened:

I only got the guaranteed cards. The 11,210 chances at winning cards just wasn't enough, which is good to know and helps me plan for the future.
I've been keeping an eye on the market prices for the Aura items, and I genuinely thought the Wagon Kits would be much higher now than they are...

Considering people previously spent 10K DEC on wagons (~$8.38 USD) I thought Wagon Kits would be $6-7 now, but I guess we'll see how it goes as Aura and Vouchers start to get a bit more scarce.
My lands produce Grain, Stone and Aura, and each day I've been spending Grain and Stone on Wood and Iron to make sure I have enough to repair wagons:

I think it takes me 2-3 days to accumulate enough for 1 wagon kit, which means I have the right amount of land to make the repairs that I need. I got 14 Zyrx the Emberglace, I'm looking at 13 Zarin the Scorch, so it's likely I'll need to repair one less wagon every 30 days.
I'm also curious to see whether I start to slowly creep up the leaderboard as people decide to repair less wagons over time as Aura gets more scarce.
I'm surprised with the market price for Zyrx given how many copies there are available compared to the other legendaries (although I guess you can still get them in packs):

I had previously worked out a cost for the Wagon Kits:
40,000 Wood costs 1,617.814 DEC
10,000 Stone costs 1,217.743 DEC
4,000 Iron costs 1,429.155 DEC
Aura can't be purchased nor broken down from Midnight Potions, you can only farm it.
Total = 4,317 DEC ~ $3.82 USD
But since then @beaker007 worked out the DEC value of Aura depending on what it's used for. I'm sure it's ever changing based on supply and demand, but it's a good estimation.

This makes the total cost of a Wagon Kit 7,893 DEC which is $6.62 USD so people buying Wagon Kits in the market for under $6 are getting a very good deal... and I imagine the sellers don't care because they have resources in abundance.
I've also been keeping an eye on the prices for Fortune Tickets and Auction Marks... and I'm so glad that the Pickle and Exclusive (currently Tasoshi Drakamoto) use these. I think we'd be overrun with Aura otherwise, and I really like that it's making Vouchers a lot more scarce.

There were 217 Fortune Marks yesterday, which would have cost about:
200 Aura (183.6 DEC ~ $0.15 USD) + 10 Vouchers ($0.0155 each so $0.15 USD) + 200 DEC (~ $0.16 USD) = $0.46 USD each.... so if you had purchased all 217 tickets yourself, it would have cost $99.82 USD to craft to win a card currently selling for $248:

Of course it's a game, you could craft 200 tickets and someone else can enter with 1 and still win it. If you do win, it is an extra 4988 points towards conflicts, but you could also just spend $24 to achieve that same goal:

So if you had bought 100 entries to try and guarantee a win, it would cost 1000 Fortune Tickets, which is $460 worth... there are none for sale though so it's hard to know what the resale value is.
I did sell about 50 Fortune Tickets to test out the market...

I sold 98 Fortune Tickets for around $58, which if each ticket costs around $0.46 to craft, cost me $45.08 - which is not terrible profit. It was a helpful source of DEC.
I don't currently need to repair my wagons that were broken by Zyrx and if I get 13 Zarin cards I'll have just enough spares to not need to repair those either. By the 3rd conflict I will need to repair wagons, but I think (maybe) I'll be self-sufficient within 30 days to repair what I need.
So potentially there I have capacity here to profit from the market for Wagon Kits, Auction Marks or Fortune Tickets, I'm just not sure which way to go...

With the crowd coming back to Modern and Wild from Survival, my days of earning 400+ Glint a season might be over, which is fine, it was a great little adventure. The good news is that I've accumulated over 4M Glint in preparation for the Conclave Arcana reward cards:

I had hoped to build up funds for the next edition by using the Liquidity Pool rewards, but alas, it is not to be. I'm still getting the fees through TribalDex/HiveEngine but I think I'd be better off just staking the SPS. The degen side of me maybe wants to spend the DEC on vouchers since I can't believe how cheap they are right now...

With the exclusive cards requiring vouchers, plus the Fortune Tickets and Auction Marks - that's a few different sinks so I kind of assume surplus vouchers will be eaten up pretty quickly.
I totally forgot to claim my SPS before the end of the season... so it's a little suppressed on what it should be. So annoyed with myself.
