Hello to all again. If you can remember my last post was how beautiful the city Colombo looked from the sky. And today I thought of sharing how beautiful the sky of the city Colombo from the ground. Not actually from the ground though, this is also some feet above from the ground.
This travel is also related to my role as a Consultant Civil Engineer. This is more of a job, responsibility than a travel. But I was able to enjoy myself during this time as well. There was this mass concreting operation at one of our sites and I was asked to supervise the process during the day time. So I went there to do my job. But I couldn't ignore the beauty of the surrounding view from there, specially in the evening. So I thought of taking some shots to keep those memories with me (And I didn't forget my job though. Don't worry 🤣🤪)
In the morning sun was so bright. But in the evening it stared to rain and that's how the sky looked at that time. It was so cloudy at that moment.
However after sometime the weather got good again. And that was a good thing for our concreting process as well. This is how the evening sky looked like with all the buildings.
And I took a shot of this huge crane as well while lifting a concrete bucket. Pretty amazing right?
And not only that this time I got to spend some night time at the site as well. As this was my first time I was so excited about that as well. And I got to see how Colombo sky looked like at night with all those buildings. It looked nice, right?
Anyhow, my shift was ended at 9 pm. So I went home after that. Even though this was me doing my job I enjoyed it a lot. Finally what I want to say is if we can find a way to enjoy ourselves in everything that we do we can be very satisfied and happy about your life. That's it for the day. See you in the next post.
