Hello again to all ladies of hive. Today I thought of sharing about a day that I fulfilled one of the biggest achievement in my life. And that was the day which I graduated as a Civil Engineer. And this is me with the garland and the cloak in front of the BMICH, the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall.
Actually this is not just a result of a five years of hard work, it is a result of all the hard work from the pre-school. So I was so happy on that day. Not only me but also my parents were so happy about me. And the thought of me making them happy made me even more happy. And this is me with my beloved parents.โค๏ธโค๏ธ
And also I was happy cause I got to meet my friends again on that day. So, we didn't forget to take as much as photos that we could. And here are some clicks.
But again I was bit sad cause this might be the last time I would get to meet some of my friends, cause after this day we will have our own ways forward. But that's how life is, right?
When I first started to study engineering a lot of people said why not be a doctor, engineering is not the right path for girls. And after that when I chose Civil Engineering again lot of people said why not try some other field like chemical engineering which suits for a girl. But I chose this cause I liked it, I was passionate about this field and finally I did it. And what I want to say to you all is when you are trying to do something there will be so many people who try to discourage you, say that is not worthy or it's not suitable for you or anything. But if you feel like you are doing the right thing or if you are really passionate about what you are doing ignore whoever try to discourage you. Always choose what feel right for you. Because it's you who knows about you more than anyone. And finally what I want to say is Don't let your dreams be just dreams. Good Bye then. See you in the next post.
