My first thought when I see this cassava salad is that it must be very tasty, and knowing the ingredients makes me think so even more. I have never tried cassava, but I used to work in a fruit and vegetable shop and saw how people bought it to make various dishes, including salads. It is practically unknown in Argentina, but here in Spain it sells very well, especially to Latin Americans.
Not only did you present the dish spectacularly and give excellent step-by-step instructions, but the various ingredients also add colour to the salad, making it even more appetising. Using yoghurt instead of mayonnaise gives it a smooth texture and is great for people who, for various reasons, cannot eat mayonnaise. An excellent recipe that I would love to try. Lo que me surge a primera vista al ver esta ensalada de yuca es pensar que debe estar muy sabrosa y al saber los ingredientes mucho más. Nunca he provado la yuca pero si trabaje en una frutería o verdulería y he visto como la compraban para hacer diversas comidas, entre ellas ensaladas. En Argentina prácticamente no se conoce, pero aquí en España se vende mucho, sobre todo a latinos.
No sólo hiciste una presentación del plato espectacular y un paso a paso detallado excelente, sino que además los diversos ingredientes le dan colores a la ensalada que la hacen más apetitosa. El ingrediente del yogur en vez de la mayonesa le otorga suavidad y es muy bueno para aquellas personas que por diversos motivos no pueden comer mayonesa.
